Use Relicanth's Yawn. Sing is too inaccurate. And using Lax Incense and Evasion boosting moves, you can avoid getting hit pretty well. Skill Swap also works, but you should save the TM. Dunno if any Pokemon learns Skill Swap naturally, maybe Staryu.
