Everyone so far is wrong, most of them completely off the line. Here's a hint: try and figure out which filters I've applied. I will post a less-distorted version after a few more guesses.

P.S. We should probably repost the image every time there's a new page (even if we don't clarify it any). That would make it so that we wouldn't have to search through all the pages to find the image.

By the way, it's Kero, from Kerberus (not Cerberus like TokyoPop translates it to).

And just for kicks, the progression I went through to get it distorted:

1. Inverse

2. Glass (Photoshop, Filter:Distort:Glass)

3. Fresco (Photoshop, Filter:Artistic:Fresco)

4. Sprayed Strokes (Photoshop, Filter:Brush Strokes:Sprayed Strokes)
