I'm afraid you're horribly mistaken.. Teenagers smoke either because A) they want to or B) they got influenced by somebody to or, finally, C) they think it makes them look cool
it may happen as a result of smoking but it is certainly not their motive to smoke

Smoking doesn't make you look older at all. Unless you mean older by crippled and wrinkly, that's the only effect it would probably have that's the most similar to aging.

Whoa, this is all so incredibly bizarre... I'm putting my picture up for the first time (ever), so if I've somehow messed up, don't blame me, blame society. I would've done this years ago, but my 'computer ineptitude' sorta hinders my progress.
Additionally, the photos aren't great; I took them myself. Took me a while to get it even relatively close.

They don't mean physically older, they mean to improve their image. Smoking actually makes you look younger, as it stunts your growth. What these "teenage girls" mean, is they're trying to look cool, or trying to look like older more defined people by smoking.
