hey guys here's another little team of mine

    Gengar
    @ Leftovers
    ~Ice Punch
    ~Hypnosis
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Perish Song

ok this little buddy has worked great thus far. Ice Punch + Thunderbolt is all but necessary really, and I can put things I don't like to sleep (since Hypnosis is pretty unexpected from Gengar). Finally, Perish Song is such a great move, from final Curselaxen to Tentacruel to Double Teamers.

    Exeggutor
    @ Leftovers
    ~Giga Drain
    ~Psychic
    ~Stun Spore
    ~Explosion

Stun Spore is quite helpful and is not countered by Sleep Talkers
    The rest is pretty self-explanatory.

    Snorlax
    @ Leftovers
    ~Curse
    ~Fire Blast
    ~Body Slam
    ~Rest

The only real sweeper on the team, and what a sweeper he can be.

    Cloyster
    @ Leftovers
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Spikes
    ~Surf/Clamp
    ~Explosion

Still deciding between Surf and Clamp.

    Zapdos
    @ Leftovers
    ~Drill Peck
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Sleep Talk
    ~Rest

    Cleaner, to be honest.

    Steelix
    @ Leftovers
    ~Curse
    ~Earthquake
    ~Explosion
    ~Roar

If a Flying type comes around I can just Roar it away and rack up Spikes damage while Cursing up and Exploding when it's time.

Not sure how good Steelix' defense is...is your 3x Fighting weakness a problem?

The Fighting weakness hasn't been a problem as of yet. Exeggutor and Zapdos resist them along with having a super-effective attack against them, and Gengar is immune to them (though Gengar isn't very dependable since most Fighting types have Earthquake or a Ghost Hidden Power (I like that smiley)).

Steelix has a 498 Defense, second to Shuckle. I wanted to use Golem at first, but I wanted something besides Snorlax that could handle a Crunching Raikou.

Thanks guys. Have a nice day.

Rock Slide is just so weak, but I'm not so sure about lacking a way to hit Flyers with Steelix without blowing it to smithereens. =[ Spikes isn't much more than "ahaha take that Leftovers!" because it doesn't have the power to seriously soften things up unless you Roar in and have them switch out the same pokemon ten turns in a row.

If you really want sleep take it with this pokemon. Sleeppowder_Dreameater_Explosion_Filler. But this set is good, althought Leech seed could go over Giga or Psychic.

g00d. Double-edge>Body slam. More damage and rest heals it.

Still deciding between Surf and Clamp. Hmm...Spikes_Rapidspin/Reflect_b00m_Surf. But this is good aswell.

Mr.E brought up a good point about the whole spikes thing, but it's better than a weak-ass rock slide. i really like the way this team works together. clamp on cloyster is what i would use. i don't mind the 3x fighting weakness at all. it's covered very well.

    good team. a+

Rock Slide works well on Steelix if you have Curse. At least it has for me. I'm not a big fan of blowing up your physical tank.
