I'd really say that you should look at all of your options yourself, since this is completely dependant on your opinion of what you like better. All that this thread has proven is that some people like macs and some don't, but that really doesn't mean much in terms of what you're going to buy. Whatever you like better and are willing to pay for... Both macs and PCs should be able to do what you require just fine.

Note: faulty logic. Windows is more popular, but "popular" doesn't imply "better". Either that, or you will agree that because many games are currently more popular than Pokemon, they are better .
