The Rise of The New Teen Titans~ Sign-Ups!

[Ghost]

It was a regular, normal day for the Teen Titans of Jump City. Everyone was sitting on the couch, except Robin, who stood in front of the TV, ready to make an annoucment. There had been rumors that Robin was going to quit the Titans, but nobody could be sure.
" Titans," Robin said in a calm, cool voice. " I am leaving you to have a normal life. The superhero life is way to stressing, and i need to found out what it feels like to be a normal teen," He said, and with that, he took off his mask.
" But... Friend Robin..." Starfire moaned.
" Don't call me that Star. Call me Dick, or Richard" He cut her off.
" Richard... I have decided to quit the Titans and go with you," She said, and hugged her friend .
" Star... are you sure?" He questioned her.
" Yes," She said, and broke away from Dick. " I want to stay with, you, to protect you."
" Ai...Alright." Dick said. " Cyborg, I am leaving you in charge." And with that, Dick and Kory left the building, together.
" This is so uncool man! I should be the leader! I quit!" Beast Boy screamed, and went towards the elevator.
" Wait Gar! If your leaving, then I might as well go with you," Raven had a smile on her face, and followed Beastboy. Cyborg was the only one left.
" Well, IF they are all gone, then I might as well go accept the Titans East offer for being their leader," Cyborg said, and followed everyone to the elevator.

4 Years later...

Timothy Drake, or as you will know him from now on, the new Robin, was perched on top of Titan's Tower. Well, at least the old Titan's Tower. After the Titans had left, no new Titans came together or anything. But Tim Drake had an idea. If he could call up the old Titans, and maybe some new, the Titans could be a brand new team again, and fight crime! But Tim Drake wasnt the most mature ( or resposible) Titan leader. He may be a little perverted, and he may be in big trouble with Bruce and Clark Kent, but hey, what are side-kicks for?

This is where you come in! You can either create your own Teen Titan with their own power ( Of course, no uber god powers or anything) Or you can be an existing ( Well actully old) Teen Titan! You can also be an existing Villan or a New Villan! Here is a run down of characters taken/ not taken.

Robin ( Tim Drake) : Taken by Raven the Jedi Bounty Hunter. Tim Drake is 18, and is at Titan's Tower
Nightwing ( Dick Grayson AKA former Robin) : Not Taken yet. Dick is 22, and is in Europe with Koriand'r, training to become Nightwing once more in the Alps.
Starfire ( Koriand'r ???) Not Taken Yet. She is 22, and is in Europe with Dick Grayson, training to renew her powers as Starfire in the Alps.
Raven: ( Raven) Not Taken yet. She is 23, and is in Steel City with BB, teaching some stuff to the Titans East and visiting Cyborg. She is going out with Beast Boy
Beastboy: ( Garfield Logan) Taken by The Muffin Man . Beastboy is 21, and he is currently with Raven, visiting Cy. Beast Boy is going out with Raven.
Cyborg: ( Victor Stone) Not Taken yet. Cyborg is 22, and is leading Titan's East. He is not with any of the old Titans except Beast Boy and Raven, who are visting him.

Brother Blood: Not Taken Yet. Brother Blood is in his 60s/70/80s. Brother Blood recently turned himself from a human into a cyborg using Cyborg's blueprints. Brother Blood wears a cape that was supposedly touched by God.
He is Cyborgs Rival.

[The Muffin Man]

Alright, BB sign-up!

Name: Garfield Logan/Gar/"Beastboy"/"Changeling"
Age: 21
Looks: He's kind of short and lanky, with green hair and brown eyes. His skin is also tinted a green color.
Build: Short, lanky/athletic build. Stronger than the average human, but no stronger than someone of his size could get with extensive training.
History: When Gar was young, got a very strange disease. There was no cure, aside from one green-furred/skinned animal(forget the specific animal) that seemed curiously immune. After injecting the DNA, Gars skin soon turned green and he gained the ability to turn into any animal he could think of with few limitations.(Omitting the Doom Patrol for show continuity.)
Personality: He is a fun-loving kind of guy, and a natural showman. Unfortunetly, he's the "Little Brother" of the original Titans, and is usually trying to make others laugh with him for acceptance. Deep down, BB has a heart of gold, and of a lion...and a bear, and a shark, and a T-Rex. He is a great friend, and despite his 'fearful' act in some situations, he is not one to shy away from a battle if his friends need him.
Skills: Incredible knowledge of animals. Also a great vegan cook.
Superpowers: He can turn into any animal he can think of. The only problem is mythical creatures do not retain any impossible powers(so a dragon is just a bulky pterodactyl), and the larger the creature, the less time he can spend. Also, it's very taxing so he rarely goes from one large morph to another unless he's rested/has to(i.e in the middle of battle). Also, anything with less mass is essentially cake-walk but more mass is slightly tougher. And every animal he becomes has a green tint to their furre/skin.
Costume: He has recently donned a new costume: Instead of his signiture black and purple, the purple has been recolored white and the black is now red. He still has a purple/black TT outfit that he wears for 'old times sake' but generally likes to keep the new costume on(NOTE - New costume based off Changeling from the comics)
Weaponry: None
Other: He is a vegan. "I just don't feel comfortable eating something I've probably been!"

[The Blue Avenger]

Name: The Blue Avenger (Blue for short)
Age: 16
Looks: Brown hair, brown eyes, reasonably tall, about 5'11 or so
Build: Wiry but not overly skinny, average muscle build
History: Blue was once a normal child in a small, normal town... until he was kidnapped by an unknown entity. Blue has no memory of what happened during his time with this entity, but he knows that he acquired his superpowers during that time. The next memory Blue has after being kidnapped is of being left for dead in a Jump City street - but he used his newly gained abilities to survive.
Personality: Cheerful, goofy, optimistic, but not overly bouncy or anything like that. Blue is usually calm, but will quickly jump into battle, especially to defend his friends and allies.
Skills: Blue is proficient in painting, and he can also do hand-to-hand fighting - basic punches and kicks when disarmed, etc - with decent power.
Superpowers: Blue can exert some mild mind control unless the opponent is especially strong-willed, and he can also use telepathy.
Costume: Blue wears a blue full-body suit with white gloves. He wears a blue full-head-mask which obscures his face, duh. Only when he is relaxing in relative safety will he take his mask off, a habit which he picked up to protect himself on the streets.
Weaponry: A paint brush and a near-bottomless bucket of paint. The brush can be wielded as a close-range weapon, or paint can be fired as a projectile. The paint is blinding, but the effects don't last very long.

Name: Ryan Andrews aka Tauros
Age: 19
Looks: Has long dark brown hair. Green eyes.
Build: Thin but with a fairly strong build. About 5' 11".
History: Before he was born he was cursed. His father was a researcher and architect of Greek occult. His curiousity and his meddlings in the ancient dark arts around an abandoned but sacred Greek archipelago awakened a demon that would curse his unborn child that his wife was carrying. When Ryan was born, whenever he threw a tantrum as an infant he turned into a minotaur-like creature, although small and seemingly harmless. After a few years of this, his parents divorced and his mother abandoned the child, unable to cope with him. However, at the age of four, his animal instincts had also kicked into his human self and so he knew how to survive in the wild. As he entered puberty he learnt how to control his transformations, and went back to civilisation. Inspired by tales of Batman, Superman and the Teen Titans, he decided to do his own crime-fighting, with relative success. He soon found his way towards Titan Tower in order to seek further guidance.
Personality: Can seem fairly recluse, understandably considering his childhood. Although he is usually serious, he enjoys to kick back, relax and have fun to, as long as it doesn't get in the way of his work.
Skills: Basic fighting skills, plus a survival/tracking master.
Superpowers: Can turn into a minotaur at his whim. However, he is also prone to transformation if he is angered.
Costume: He wears black synthetic leggings and boots so that they stretch when he transforms, otherwise he also wears a non-synthetic long sleeved black and red shirt and black gauntlets. As a minotaur, he grows to about 7' 6" tall, a huge muscular dark brown haired behemoth. He also has white horns on his head. He weighs in at about 700lbs. His boots and leggings are the only remaining articles of clothing.
Weaponry: Nope.

Name: Timothy Drake, Robin
Age: 18
Looks: Tim was not always the cool kid, but he know has blue eyes ( covered by his mask) and he always spikes up his hair. He is around 5'8"
Build: Tim is very thin, yet he is also strong.
History: Robin, before he joined the Titans, was the sidekick of the amazing Batman. He also worked with Nightwing and Spoiler in Bludhaven. Before Batman, Tim sought out the mantle, and he finally deduced that Batman was Bruce Wayne and Robin was Dick Grayson. After the old Robin left, he tried to join Bruce, but Jason Todd beat him. Tim then deduced that the new Robin was Jason Todd. Finally, when Jason Todd died, Tim became Robin by Rescuing Batman and Nightwing from the Joker.
Personality: Tim is a smart, funny, and immature guy. He loves making jokes, and hitting on the girls of the Titans/
Skills: Tim was trained in Detective work, Hand to Hand Combat, Martial Arts, and everything else that Batman knew.
Superpowers: None
Costume: Tim wears the Classic Robin costume, complete with mask.
Weaponry: He has a arsenal of weapons, dual bo staves, eletric disks, exploding disks, birdarangs, exploding birdarangs, capture nets, smoke grenades, holo generators, and much much more.
Other: Tim is the leader of the Titans.

Name: Kalad Galadorian Aka. Alchemist
Age: Physically, he is about 23, he was, however, in a magical form of stasis for a few centuries.

Build: Light, but quick, he is good and running.
History: Kalad was, during his time, a prodigy, he was mastering the art of Alchemy at an age unheard of, and had learned how to do it on a moment's notice without all the ritualistic preperations. However, his home kingdom slowly shrank and he decided to use his skills with Alchemy in addition to the magical arts of a friend of his to create a crystal that would hold him for at least a few centuries. Three years ago, the crytal stopped working and he went out into the world, and has used his alchemy to help people. Is seeking to join the Titans to aid people further.
Personality:Usually laid back, but is eager to help people out, he is however, very careful to guard the secrets of his abilities, so that they would not fall into the wrong hands.
Skills:Very smart, he has highly advanced knowledge involving chemistry and other sciences that are connected to the composition of materials. He is a capable cook as well. As to combat, he is skilled with both the sword and spear.
Superpowers: using the art of alchemy, he can alter the shape and composition of objects around him, it does have limits however, he can't make more mass than he uses and it can be taxing if he tries something too big, Also, he cannot transmute anything that has a soul, like a person.
Costume: He always wears the get-up in the picture.
Weaponry:None, but he can easily make what he needs.

Name: Mark Drake a.k.a Forza
Age: 16

Looks: His hair is a light shade of brownish blond. He has deep green eyes and stands at roughly 5'6 tall.
Build: He has an average build but is much stronger than ihe appears. Despite that he is not as physically strong as his brother.

History: He was always taunted by the other kids when he was older and never seemed to get along with his brother which did nothing to help him overcome his supernatural powers. His mother was his only direct relative and his father was unknown, it was for these reasons alone that he was caused so much misery and sparked so much tourment for him at home. When he was 8, he was involved in a fight at school and he snapped. He lost control and his other side took over. He suddenly found that, he wasn't wanted anymore, not at home, not in the city, nowhere. He was kicked out and forced to live on his own, away from society. But now that there is news of the Titans reforming he has decided it is time to come out of the shadows, he has no idea that his brother is the one spearheading the idea.

Personality: He's very withdrawn from other people. He doesn't get too close to others and he doesn't let anyone in, given his history it's not surprising. He can be very defensive but wiill walk away more often than fight so as not to lose control again. He much prefers being on his own to being a group but he will try to socialise with others. Generally tends to spend him time meditating in an attempt to focus his mind and keep his anger under control.

Skills: He's quite skilled at street fighting but it's not a skill he tends to show off often.
Superpowers: Superhuman strength triggered by his anger. The angrier he gets, the stronger he gets but in return he loses more control of his actions to his darker side (think the Hulk with more control).

Costume: A black, plated costume that is built to stretch when his body grows. He wears thick, heavy boots with steel toe caps and blacks gloves with knuckle-dusters built in.

Age: about 400 years old.

Build: He doesn't have a normal human form.
History: Throughout time, people have tried to either create life, or raise the dead. One time, however, an alchemist and a mage tried working together to make it happen. Using their powers, the attempt went horribly wrong, both died instantly, leaving no trace of their existance save that which they had made. Initially, Shade was a small amount of animate black ooze that barely had any sentience, but he grew and gained knowledge over the years, he now seeks a way to gain the one thing he lacks... A soul.
Personality: Malevolent and disliking of most other people, he enjoys spreading pain and misery.
Skills:He can scare the living daylights out of people easily and is skilled in torture.
Superpowers: He is amophous, able to take the shapes he needs, but he always remains the same black color, he can make any part of his body into a weapon or engulf those he seeks to kill in his body.
Costume:He doesn't need clothes at all.
