    For Stadium? Hmm.

    Alakazam needs Thunder Wave over Psybeam. You only need to kill 3 pokémon, so I don't think Seismic Toss is necessary for PP. You can keep Reflect; that might be pretty helpful.

    Sleep isn't as effective on Stadium, as they shorten the period of time your opponent can sleep. Plus, Sing isn't the most accurate of moves. I'd recommend Double-Edge on Clefable. Blizzard if you can, Reflect, and Rest. That should take care of a lot of things.

    For Hitmonlee, Meditate, Hi Jump Kick, Substitute, and then Body Slam for Paralysis. Should be able to deal out some severe damage if you play right.

    Omastar should take advantage of its high Special stat. Surf is a must, then put either Blizzard or Ice Beam on it. Seismic Toss for potential Water types (those are annoying, the only things Omastar has trouble damaging)... And Rest to be a tank. Sometimes doesn't work though because Omastar is so slow. But that's what Thunder Wave is for.

    Cloyster is nice with Explosion, though you'd have to use it early or it's pointless, since they have the whoever-explodes-their-last pokémon-loses clause. Surf and Blizzard on it... Double-Edge maybe. Cloyster has no lasting power so you might as well deal as much damage as possible before it dies.

    Overal I question your type variety... Two water types, both not very fast. I'd recommend finding team members with speed, as the only thing you have faster than a Tauros is Alakazam.

    All that is gold does not glitter,
    Not all those who wander are lost;
    The old that is strong does not wither,
    Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
    From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
    A light from the shadows shall spring;
    Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
    The crownless again shall be king.

    Kazam should have T-Wave, Recover, and Psychic, for sure. The last move has a little variety to it. Reflect, Seismic Toss, Kinesis are three options for the final slot. I use Reflect, myself, but I might as well present all your options. You already have Reflect, so you might as well stay with it, though.

    Clefable...hmmm...definitely need Double Edge, like 04621 said. Rest/Reflect COULD work, but I dunno. T-Bolt/Ice Beam might be a good combination for clefable.

    i like the hitmonlee that 04621 suggested. Body Slam is always fun when you get a paralysis or 2 out of it.

    cloyster needs blizzard. might as well put surf on it. explosion is always fun. maybe hyper beam? i dunno. or screech to help out explosion...but that usually doesn't work anyway, because the opponent will switch once they get screeched.

    omastar is a fun double rester. double team/rest. he was on my very first blue team. haha. surf/blizzard is good for the other two moves.

    you severely lack speed on this team. and there is a lack of physical attackers, as clefable can go either way, and isn't a strong physical attacker anyway. if you had enough speed, i'd suggest a snorlax or a ground type to fill in the last spot, but since you need speed, how about a persian?

    persian: slash, thunderbolt, hyper beam, whatever.

    Kadabra. Can you trade and evolve him into Alakazam? You should do that ASAP. Alakazam and Kadabra learn all techniques at the same levels so it's worth it. Psychic is a given for this Pokemon. Recover. Thunder wave. finally, I really recomment a move like Thunderbolt or Ice Beam just because it adds an extra advantage kick to Alakazam. Really one of the only threats to Alakazam is an Exeggutor in RBY, so the Ice Beam wouldn't hurt. Using Double Team would be great instead, but due to the lack of power points, you might be struggling with the 10-PP Psychic and taking down 3 opponents. Stick with Ice Beam. It might even freeze that pesky Mewtwo. *Edit: No it won't! lol. We already paralyzed it with T-wave.*

    Clefairy lvl. 41
    Clefable eh? That's different. Clefable needs to have Body Slam. She's very slow, but getting a speed advantage would rock. On top of that, go with three special attacks, like Fire Blast-Thunderbolt-Ice Beam. If you want to go with keeping Clefable out awhile, however, give her one of those moves (whichever you prefer--Thunderbolt might be best, as Alakazam already has the Ice Beam). In the other slots, stick in Minimize and Rest.

    Hitmonlee lvl. 20
    The Fighting element in RBY was very weak, and it has very few advantages that water-types do not. Fighting is strong on Ice-types, however, but the ice-types generally have low defense, and Shellder should be able to take care of that once evolved. The advantage over the normal-type is what makes this Pokemon a good idea. Hi Jump Kick for lack of a better attack. I would also say Reflect and Body Slam. Finally, try a Ground or Rock type move. This Pokemon will be your physical base. Hitmonlee does not have great defense, which is why I'm not advocating for the substitute. Hitmonlee won't last long; you won't have much time to attack unless you kill in one or two shots.

    Shellder lvl. 19
    Now Cloyster's tricky because he's a slowpoke, and his major weaknesses (Rock and Fighting) are both faster than him. You'll need to be able to wipe them out. Surf it up. Ice Beam. I like sticking Withdraw in, too. Perhaps Substitute would be a good TM to use on the Cloyster, namely because of the high defense. This Cloyster is really made based on the Stadiums. Use him in battles against physical Pokemon, but be wary of the Fighting type.

    Omanyte lvl. 34
    Personally I'd stay to stick with Kabutops, but Omastar will work too. Surf, yes. Trouble with Omastar is you already have another Water-type on your team. Having two defensive water-types will cause a special weakness against electric types. A Magneton or Electrode could hammer you. I like that Seismic Toss idea. Go with an Ice Beam to take out those flying types. Keep Surf. For a fourth move... play with it. I believe Omastar can surprisingly learn Fire Blast. Might make a good roaster. If Omastar can learn that Rock Slide though... slap it on over Fire Blast.

    A good idea to slap in that 6th slot is Dugtrio. Rock Slide, Earthquake, Body Slam. Whip em out with his rapid speed and good attack stat and you should be set. Give em Reflect too. You might want to switch Dugtrio in when you've debilitated another Pokemon, in order to build him up.

    And that's my Arizona Stand.

    Hm... in all of my years of battling for my trainer and witnessing other matches, I have never seen an Alakazam hone the skills that are Ice Beam and Thunderbolt. Which leads to the conclusion that one of my most dire enemies cannot learn the moves! However, its gangly arms are just powerful enough to make the earth lurch with Seismic Toss, and that move can break Substitute!
