I know you can hatch them at the Eevee house on the RPG board.

Here's your eevee egg:

It will hatch into a level 5 female normal colored eevee that knows: Taakcle, Tail Whip, and shadow ball as the bred on move she gets from Kovu.

You can hatch them at the eevee house, or in a battle at the battle range

Nope, no Ruby/Sapphire Pokemon, attacks, or characteristics. We'll start using them once we have a complete list or two of them... And then, once people adopt them, they might put some up for breeding.
