The one with Reflect and Light Screen could switch out after setting them up and one of your other Pokemon would have some physical, special, or both protection. The other one could put Pokemon to sleep with Yawn but the Sleep Clause ruins it and Flamethrower won't really do much damage to other Pokemon.
