The newest Japanese set to hit the markets is called:

Sky of Gold Sea of Silver.

It comes out on April 8th, 2005 in Japan.

It will feature the Johto Pokemon.

Though it would be nice if anyone could direct me to scans. I don't want to splurge on money just yet, gonna wait until the next set comes out before I start planning my next deck. I'm going for FTK, and Raindance is my closest idea so far.

Isn't this the same set as EX Emerald in the United States?

We are not sure yet, but I am 99% it won't be. EX Emerald will probably consist of QCP and the Deoxys vs. Rayquaza tin.

If it is indeed a new and separate set, it will offend me greatly after all the work I've put into the rom hack, seeing as the release of a new GSC based tcg set can only mean the coming of official GSC remakes fr the GBA.
