Name: Kailie Psudonath (Pseudo-Nath)
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Appearance: Kailie is tall at 5'11 (She won't tell anyone what she weighs, but it's under 130), and very pale. Her hair, which she wears in a ponytail with a black bow, is black and comes down to the small of her back. Her eyes are a curious gray color, and seem to absorb all the light that hits them. Her body is curvacious and not terribly strong, and she has a C-cup chest. Her clothing consists of a lot of black, gray and white, and is decidedly Gothic in nature. She has six piercings along each ear, as well as one in her navel.
Personality: Kailie is a quiet girl, very moody and brooding. She seems rude at times, but it's not intentional; she's just not a people person. Most of the time, if someone talks to her, she'll ignore them unless they've said something that she deems intelligent.
Psi type: Terra-Psi.
History: Kailie does a lot of climbing (usually solo), and attempted a notoriously difficult route on a formation called the Needle. She was almost to the top when she slipped and fell. She was expecting to land and promptly get splattered across the rocks, but the splat never came. When she opened her eyes, she saw that the Needle had branched out, breaking her fall. She didn't tell her parents about it until a few months later, and her parents promptly brought her to the doctor.
Relationships: She knows all the others, but only in a formal sense. She is, however, close friends with Aeryn. They know each other from school, and while Kailie does her best to hide it, it doesn't take much sleuthing to figure out that Aeryn is a big-sister figure to Kailie. She's one of the few people who can make Kailie smile, and even laugh.
Other: *Ignores the unintelligent other*

I sighed as I flipped through the channels. How could there be so many options, and yet there was nothing to watch? This was a serious inquiry, and I still mean to get to the bottom of it. Wherever that may be.
Where was I? Oh, right. Well, I was sitting in my kitchen, drinking a chocolate shake as I watched the television by the window. That's right, I have a television in my kitchen. I had my flip-flop clad feet up on the counter, with my cat sitting in the chair next to me, purring away like a motor. She was one of those pleasently easy to satisfy felines, that doesn't need to eat gourmet cat food out of a crystal goblet. Stupid cat food commercials.
Earlier in the day, I had flipped through the mail, and uncovered a rather threatening letter. I had tossed it into the recycling, not thinking too much of it. I was going to regret that soon enough.
I was about to get out the telephone book and call the television company, to inquire about this scarcity of decent programming, when I realized something.
The birds had stopped chirping.
Normally, this wasn't anything to get upset over. Boudicca (My cat, you see) normally did this when she went out hunting. But she wasn't hunting right now. She was sitting right next to me, yawning quite wide and stretching a bit.
Slowly swiveling in my chair, I turned so that I could see the living room. In it were three men, all wearing what looked like ninja attire. They had katanas and everything.
I would have choked on my milkshake in an attempt to laugh, but I'm not that kind of girl. Apparently the ninjas hadn't noticed me yet, and I was glad to keep it that way. However, Boudicca chose that momen to hop up on the counter and meow loudly. One of the ninjas, apparently instinctively, turned and tossed a shruiken. Thankfully, Boudicca was of course a cat, and a sufficently young one as to dodge the shruiken.
The downside of all this, of course, was that the ninjas now knew where I was. And I had the distinct feeling that they weren't going to play nice.
Another shruiken came whizzing at me, and as I ducked, I could feel it pass over my head. I grabbed my milkshake and tossed it at the guy, but of course my aim was terrible, and it shattered harmlessly against a wall, dripping milkshake onto Mom's sofa. I had a feeling I'd be paying for that later.
Thankfully, my mom keeps a lot of plants around, and I keep a lot of rocks. So I had plenty of ammunition. Unfortunately, I doubted I would get the chance to use any of it.
I darted behind a wall as three more shruiken came flying by. The only way I could stand a chance was if I got outside. Punching my way through the screen door, I ran to a large oak tree that dominated our yard. Some more shruiken whizzed through the air, this time tearing a few holes in my black skirt.
I could tell that they were getting close. Focusing, I concentrated on the ground around me. Quickly, it came up, forming a sort of pod several inches thick. It would protect me for now.
Now, for the tricky part; To get myself underground. Focusing some more, I had the dirt beneath me displace itself, forming a sort of lump under the tree. I looked up, waiting for the katanas to start piercing the empty pod. Sure enough, they did, all three of them. Putting all my effort into it, I willed the great maple to topple over. The pod was immediatly flattened, as were the ninjas, while I stayed safely below ground level.
After extricating myself, I called Aeryn (and recieved a call from Sarah promptly thereafter). It turned out that she had had a similar incident. As I called all the others up, I realized that this was something big; very big.
As I started off to Mine's field, I decided that there was at least one good result of the ninja attack; Now I wouldn't have to rip my skirt myself.
