Today.. I listened to Elliott Smith's xo album for the first time. Holy potatoes. The opening song, "Sweet Adeline" is to die for. It gives me chills, it's so awesome. Yes, this qualifies as awesomeness. I'd say it's the best part of my day so far. There's nothing quite like discovering great new music. (Well, I mean, Elliott Smith is nothing new to me, but.. oh.. you know what I mean.)

I passed my first college Math test today with a 98. This is pretty awesome, especially since I failed the first quiz 2 weeks earlier. 8)

I at last defeated the so-called "final boss" in Pokemon Colosseum. I got edged out by him the first time (though I did manage to snag the Tyranitar), so I went to Mt. Battle, cleared Areas 9 and 10 for the first time, then went back and rocked him.

Only 14 Shadow Pokemon left to snag... and 40-something left to purify...

There was a fire-drill in the middle of Classics today, meaning that I got to escape from Livy (ugh!) for about half an hour! Which is a blessing when you're studying Livy, believe me!

I finished my homework! I started at 4 in the afternoon and worked and worked and worked until midnight and then I collapsed and died on my bed oh my. To celebrate, I made some fancy Japanese Ramen that cost $1.19 (!) a packet and ate it while reading what people had to say on their blogs (I wish I could be there at your choir concert). So it's 2:53 a.m. right now and I'm going to bed and sleeping in. First class all the way at 1 p.m. w00t!

I downloaded a patch for my SMW hack today that seems to allow the user to enable what Lakitus and Puntin' Chucks (they are the variety of Chargin' Chucks that kick footballs BTW). With it, I might just be able to make a makeshift, SMW version of a kind of Lakitu in Yoshi's Island called Thunder Lakitu. I have yet to test the patch though, but it might be fun.

Today we had awesome practices for my choir concert tonight! I have a solo and I'm really excited. I think it'll turn out great. Plus, my Chamber Choir dress fits perfectly in all the right places. You can't imagine how annoying it is, finding a dress that fits right when you have big bewbiez.

I myself finally came up with something to do for my final forest level in my SMW hack before my second castle. But, an idea I thought of earlier might not work, so I may improvise in some way or another to make the level tricky at times.

Hey, could this topic possibly include past accomplishments (ones from a few months ago), L_III_F?

If so, a big accomplishment (it's just one for fun) was sweeping my brother a few times in a row playing all 16 tracks in MK: DD in 50CC (I still need practice at 100CC, and even more at 150CC). He's pretty good himself, but I guess he needs practice of his own.

Sooooo. I finally finished the last book in Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game/Ender's Shadow series, Shadow of the Giant. One of the best books I've ever read. It made me cry like a baby!

While I was playing Mario Kart: Double Dash!! against my brother earlier today, we were playing in GP on Mushroom City (I was controlling Waluigi and Bowser Jr., he had Mario and Diddy Kong), when on one of the laps (I think it was lap 2), my brother accidently ran into a Bob-Omb kart and got blown into the air. While that was happening, I managed to get a Bob-Omb item (they aren't exactly one of my favourites; I prefer Bowser's Shells and Fireballs more), and I launched it backwards just as my brother was in the air. Not long after his characters came down (obviously his back seat character was in trouble), my Bob-Omb exploded while my brother was near it, and it knocked him into the air just a second or two after he hit the Bob-Omb kart! I couldn't resist laughing at what I did, and it was definitely bad luck for my brother. Of course, it would have been even funnier if it happened to a computer opponent.
