*Wanders in like the Hebrews into the Promised Land* Gee, this place looks familiar...Long time no see kids! Looks like I got back just in time for some action.
Really, sorry I haven't been around. Life holds you hostage for long periods of time occasionally. I'm back now though, and ready to go!

My head hurt. Too much information was flying around in there. To top it off, Dina was doing her usual, and it was only a matter of time before Garen got annoyed. The whole Makura issue had been bothering me for a while. I had been pondering to a great extent her motives, her true nature, and the contract. Why would she accept such a contract? Why would she go to such trouble to feign friendship with us for so long? Maybe she wasn't feigning, and she really was true? Nameks are not trusting creatures to begin with, and this incident had set me back a great deal. But, after a long time thinking, I had my answers. I had been quiet for far too long. I stepped forward.
"Garen!" I shouted in a deep voice.
Garen turned his head toward me, looking slightly puzzled.
"The namek. So, have you finally mustered the courage to speak?" He responded, tauntingly.
"There are many things I am not sure of. I am not sure of Makura's past. I am not sure of her dealings with your kind. I am not even sure of her true nature..."
Garen interrupted "Yeah yeah, I know, you don't know anything, what's your point?"
"...but what I do know is this: I've fought by Makura's side before, and she's never let me down. Quite frankly, I don't care if she has a secret contract to kill me. I'd fight with her to the end. So before you go making threats, why don't you back up your words? I'm sure you're itching to hit someone. Now's your chance. Take your best shot!" I shouted, using my energy to transport myself instantly to stand opposite him. He, of course, didn't flinch. By this time Dina had stopped dancing.
"HMPH! You're no fun!" She grumbled, stomping off and back to where the rest were standing. Garen let out a small chuckle.
"Fool. What do you honestly expect to do to me? You have no idea of my power! I, on the other hand, can easily read yours, and I'm not impressed. But, if you're that eager to be a martyr, I'd be happy to oblige." Garen boasted. He flexed his muscles to show off and sent a breeze of energy blowing past me. I took up my stance.
"Bring it on, you ugly son of a bitch."
((If he chooses, I'll allow JT to start the fight. I'm just trying to get something going in here to pique the interest again and keep it on the first page. I haven't exercised my creative muscles in a while, so I'd like to have a nice exchange here. Bear's back, so get a-posting!))
