Since i have a couple of free slots and the fact htat i jsut finished watching my season one dvd set of lois and clark, i've come up with an arena that i want to try out ^^; Also i'm bored.

Opponent attacks first.
Banned moves: Rest, Attract
Arena: The roof of the Daily Planet. Lois and Clark are writing an article on the battle. Since this is a battle on the roof, ground moves will not work. Also if any of the pokemon's attacks hit either Lois or Clark, there will be a 2% health penalty. If a pokemon falls off of a roof, Clark will pull a disappearing act and superman will rescue the pokemon that fell. However, the pokemon that fell will take a 10% health penalty.

Build a defense against the psychic, Safegaurd, follow that up with Cotton Spore and Thunderbolt!

All right Serenity, lets get this battle started. Start with Taunt. If taunt was successful and Liam doesn't have his safeguard sheild set up, then i want you to use toxic. Otherwise use Double team. Next, I want you to set up a safeguard of your own. Finish by blasting him with a psychic attack.

Intro


Two trainers meet on the roof of an odd building, off to the side 2 people are taking notes on this contest from a distance. Both trainers shake hands and go to their respective areas. The ref signals for the 2 trainers to reveal their first pokemon. Wolfsong throws out a poke ball to reveal an odd-looking psychic pokemon, while Vermillion’s poke ball reveals an electric sheep like pokemon. The ref throws down the checkered flag signaling that the trainers can call their attacks and the battle may begin.

Round 1


The battle between Wolfsong and Vermillion begins with Liam setting up a protective shield to prevent status effects. Serenity attempts to distract Liam by saying some very bad things to him and trying to get him angry, but by the time this happens Liam has already succeeded in setting up his safeguard, and he is a little angry at Serenity but shrugs it off for the most part.


Liam now starts to attack Liam by sending a ring of Cotton in the air in an attempt ot restrict the movement of Serenity, but by the time the attack comes, Serenity has made 2 additional clones of herself, and the attack harmlessly hits a clone instead of the real Ralts. Liam becomes a little angrier after that failed attack.


Liam this time tries to hit Serenity by sending a blast of thunder at her, but yet again he hits a clone, eliminating the final clone but again missing the chance to hit the elusive Ralts. Serenity takes this chance to send a Psychic attack at Liam, dealing some good damage and sending him backward, somewhat close to the dangerous edge of the roof. Liam is annoyed at Serenity, but cannot do anything as the round comes to a end and the 2 writers finish their notes.

Round 2


Round 2 of action begins with Serenity setting up her own protective shield just like Liam has to protect her from status effects. Liam instead of attacking Serenity, starts to charge himself with electric energy, making his electric attacks even more dangerous. Both pokemon remain undamaged after this first set of actions.


Serenity’s eyes begin to glow, and it looks like she will attack with Psychic energy, but after a little while, she stops and nothing happens. Liam is puzzled at this but continues with his attack, as he beckons to the sky. A powerful blast of Thunder comes from the sky above the roof, striking Serenity and dealing a good amount of damage, powered further by Liam’s previous action. Liam got the advantage on Serenity, but she might have a surprise attack coming later…

Serenity again looks like she is going to use Psychic energy, but this time she does it, sending the attack right at Liam. The sheep pokemon was prepared for it however, and held up a protective bubble-like force field to ward off the incoming attack. Liam drops the screen after the attack is gone, but is glad that he was unharmed during the whole round. Serenity though was not as lucky . The conspicuous writers take notes on this battle as round 2 comes to a close.

Round 3


Round 3 of action begins with Liam making an attempt to blind Serenity by creating a huge flash of light, but Serenity closes her eyes to avoid the attack. She cannot charge up a blast of electric energy however, because she spent time avoiding the flash attack.

Liam attempts to paralyze Serenity by sending a strong wave of electricity at her. This attack does nothing though since Serenity’s protective shield was still up. Serenity with an open attack, takes the opportunity go up to Liam and hit with several blows, dealing good damage to the helpless sheep pokemon.


Liam attempts to lift Serenity off the ground and slam her hard into the roof of the Daily Planet, but as Liam nears her, Serenity hits Liam with a attack of psychic energy, to ward him off. Then an additional blast of psychic energy hits Liam from seemingly nowhere. Serenity did not do anything though, and Liam is confused until he remembers the previous round. Two reporters continue to take notes as Round 3 of this battle concludes

I don't have much time so i'll make this short.

Start with another future sight then teleport behind that flaffy and use toxic if it isn't protected by safeguard or shadow ball if it is protected by safeguard.

Screech and disrupt her concentration of seeing into the future, then fire a backwards Thunderbolt to tag her after she Teleports. Finish by let the toxic hit you and Heal Bell.

Round 4

Serenity begin Round 4 by concentrating and trying to set up a future attack. She succeeds partly until and loud yell from Liam disrupts her. A future attack will end up coming, up it will be a weak attack because of Serenity’s loss of concentration.


Serenity attempts to get a surprise attack on Liam by teleporting and ending up right behind him. Liam responds by attempting to hit Serenity with an electric blast, but he tries to do it without seeing Serenity, and the attack only partially hits Serenity, dealing some damage.

Serenity next ends up poisoning Liam by spiting out Toxic goo at Serenity. The goo covers Liam, and sinks into his body. Oddly enough, Liam doesn’t seem that concerned. This makes sense when all the sudden a bell goes off seemingly from Liam’s mind, and all the sudden the toxic is removed as if nothing ever happened. The writers are on their second page of notes for this battle as Round 4 comes to a close

Round 5


Liam starts Round 5 by attempting to paralyze Serenity by emitting a wave of electricity. Serenity is able to put up a protective shield to prevent the attack from paralyzing, but the shield will not last long since it had to be put up quickly and suddenly and is not that strong.


Liam then decides to put up his own protective shield, and spends the time to set it up, therefore protecting him from all status effects. With Liam not attacking, Serenity takes advantage and hits Liam with a blast of psychic energy, dealing good damage.


Liam’s tail all the sudden turns to steel as he prepares to attack Serenity. He runs up to Serenity and smashes her with his tail, but Serenity follows that by shocking Liam and using the tail as a conductor dealing good damage. Serenity has gained the upper hand again, and writers continue to take notes as Round 5 comes to a end

Round 6

Serenity starts Round 6 by beginning to set up a protective shield, this is until she looks up and sees Liam taunting Serenity and using an obscene gesture. Serenity stops part of the way through the safeguard and attacks Liam, dealing moderate damage and also making her angry.


Serenity next conjures a ball of dark energy, and sends it right at Liam. It crackles as it hits him, dealing good damage. Liam responds by powering up his fist with chi energy and charges at Serenity ready to punch. The attack is inaccurate however, and the punch grazes him, dealing some damage and also confusing Serenity adding to her anger.


Serenity then attempts to attack Liam with Psychic energy, but with the confusion and anger that she has, she does not concentrate on attacking, and attacks Liam physically, dealing moderate damage, but Liam follows by blasting Serenity with lighting, dealing good damage. This seems to snap Serenity out of her confusion, and also calms her down. The 2 writer keep writing as Round 6 comes to a end.

Her anger will just make her charge blindly, hit her with Thunder Wave and Body Slam her. While shes under you electrocute her at close range with Thunderbolt!

Round 7

Round 7 begins with Liam creating an electrical charge of energy, and releases it at a mad charging Serenity. The attack hits Serenity and stuns her. Although she is still able to proceed in attacking Liam directly, dealing good damage. Although the effects of the electrical attacks will affect Serenity throughout the rest of the battle.

Liam next prepares to slam down on Serenity with his body, but as he is starting this attack, Serenity begins to make copies of herself, but her paralysis forces her to stop after the first copy. Liam’s attack however engulfs the copy instead of the real Serenity. Serenity is able to escape damage, and also her frustration for the most part is gone even though she is paralyzed.

Liam then charges up another blast of electrical energy, although this attack’s intent is more to deal damage, and it does that, hitting Serenity and giving her a shock. Serenity tries to respond, but the paralysis stops her from trying to use Psychic energy, freezing her muscles. Liam has gained back some momentum in this round, but Serenity still has the health advantage as the writers take notes and Round 7 comes to an end

Round 8

Round 8 begins with Serenity fighting through paralysis releases some bolts of lighting at Liam. Even though Liam made copies of himself, the bolts spread out and take out all of Liam’s clones, but the sheep pokemon does not seem that upset about this. Probably because the attack was not totally focused on him, and an electric on electric attack will not deal a lot of damage.


Serenity goes back to her same attack again, releasing lighting bolts into the air, and again Liam creates some clones of himself. And as everyone who was watching could have guessed, the attack wipes out all of Liam’s clones. Liam though takes a small amount of damage but is not worried about it.


Serenity next uses her rage from her being paralyzed, and slightly slowed from her paralysis, runs up to Liam and begins to attack him. This attack is dealing decent damage until Liam blasts Serenity with a close range powerful electric blast. The attack deals very good damage to Serenity, and does not help her paralysis one bit. The writers take notes and Round 8 comes to an end.

Round 9


Round 9 begins with Liam charging up a strong electric attack, and then releasing it at Serenity. Once the attack gets there however, there are 3 Serenitys instead of one, and the electric attack takes out 2 of them, as they disappear, leaving only one (and apparently the real) Serenity left standing. The attack is somewhat successful, although it did not damage to the real Serenity.


Liam then decides to relax and hang out for a little bit. He is happy until all the sudden he sees Serenity coming toward him. Serenity begins to physically attack the resting sheep-pokemon, dealing good damage until the paralysis forces her to stop. Liam got some energy back, but also took some damage as well.


The Liam’s fist begins to glow white with energy. This is followed by Liam running up to Serenity, ready to punch her. Serenity begins to counter by creating psychic energy, until her continued paralysis comes back, stopping her from being able to counter Liam as he runs up and punches her, dealing good damage and injuring Serenity somewhat. The 2 pokemon are beginning to run out of health in this back and forth battle as Round 9 comes to an end.

Round 10 begins with Serenity running up to Liam and begins to attack him until Liam sends a flash of light right at Serenity, causing her to sustain eye damage to along with her paralysis, making it hard to attack.

Serenity again charges Liam, but paralyzed and blind, it takes her a while to reach him. And she cannot deal much damage before Liam hits her with a close-range fist of electric energy, dealing good damage, as both pokemon are close to fainting.


Serenity one last time starts to approach Liam, but she cannot get to Liam, and because of her eye damage, she can barley see Liam releasing a powerful electric attack right at her. The attack hits Serenity head-on, and she falls to the ground fainted.

After seeing the Psychic pokemon go down, Wolfsong returns Serenity to her poke ball and reveals a fully healthy, ready to battle butterfly-like pokemon as Round 11 begins!

Round 11

With little energy left Liam begins Round 11 by trying to quickly paralyze Hasan by releasing a wave of electricity, Hasan counters by putting up a quick protective shield, which stops the paralyzing effects of Liam’s attack. Although the shield won’t last long since it was put up quickly in response to a attack.

Again trying to paralyze Hasan, Liam uses another electric wave attack, and again the attack is useless. Hasan takes this time to relax and become more energized. Liam looks dejected, as his attacks are useless.

One more time Liam releases a wave of electricity at Hasan, and one more time Hasan’s protective shield stops the attack in its tracks. Then finally Hasan froms a gust of wind, and sends it toward Liam. Liam can do nothing but take the attack, and he falls to the ground fainted and Hasan loses his Safeguard as Round 11 comes to an end.
