round eight

The final round; the fated hour. Jaffa speaks calmly to his ghost pokémon, "Use Faint Attack to knock Impri towards the spikes, then plow it into them by using a Water Pulse. Then use Sunny Day to give you one final round."

Smirking to himself, Silencer intends to finish his opponent off, "Dig yourself in a little; when Specter is gonna shoot his Water Pulse, try to dodge by jumping out of the hole. If you are very low on energy, knock that ghost out of his concentration with Roar. If you still have enough energy left, use Roar after the sun is out."

Wasting no time, the sableye cloaks himself in the arena's surroundings; with no opponent to target, Impri hurriedly burrows at the ground below hoping to keep herself safe. Unfortunate, whilst she continues to dig, Specter reappears right on top of her and proceeds to pelt her with his fist before retreating out of the whole. Whilst he prepares to hit her with a Water Pulse, Impri does some more preparation - this time to dodge. Before he shoots it off, Impri leaps as high as she can, but Specter manages to shoot the Water Pulse and nail her with a direct hit. The force of the water manages to knock her onto the spikes, causing her to yelp in pain as she quickly pulls herself away from them. Finally, Specter raises his arms to the sky, still soaked in dust and sand, barking towards the heavens. The hot, hot sun up above then manages to tear through the sandstorm, bringing the battlers clear skies once again. Impri, using the bright sun as her signal, then shoots at the ghost pokémon with enough energy; the ball of fire slams into Specter, knocking him to the ground. The poison trickling through his body then finishes off the remainder of his health. His energy is depleted, he cannot fight any longer. His eyes close once again.
