(1-30) Do you use acronyms often? Why or why not?
Not too often, only if I'm sure the people I'm addressing know what the acronym'sstand for. Like here I use MG/GT/MP/SC because players know what they've requested... and for some computer-related things I use well-known acronyms (like TCP/IP or CVS), but not for regular speech, and not when I think the acronyms may be ambiguous.
