The DP1 ruling. The latest reprints of cards usually have the most accurate wording.
I'm playing on online yu-gi-oh game and when constricting a deck you can chooses every monster from every set (under the current bans and all) but now I ran into 2 versions of bubbleman.
The bubbleman from DP1 says in order to draw 2 cards you need an empty field AND an empty hand.
The bubbleman from CRV however says in order to draw 2 cards you need an empty field OR an empty hand.
Wich is the correct ruling? I can't find it on upperdeck.

If this card is the only card in your hand, you may special summon this card. When this card is summoned, reversed summoned, or special summoned, if you have no other cards on your field and hand, you may draw 2 cards from your deck.
You need an empty hand and field.
So in other words, you need to god draw it to pull off it's draw effect~
EDIT: Nace beat me to it.

Eh, the anime made Bubbleman far more powerful than he truly is. Jaden gets to draw twice when he summons him with an empty field, even if that's his first move of the duel. But the anime breaks the rules all the time.

If this card is the only card in your hand, you can Special Summon it in attack mode. When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Reverse Summoned when it is the only card on your Field, draw 2 cards from your deck.
Would be the anime effect according to Janime. Coins From Heaven/Card Of Sanctity is the biggest screw up off effects ;/
