Newb Battle! [Hatake Kakashi vs Charles Legend, Ref: Ace64]

Heyheyhey! It's been 2 days since I posted my attacks, so TECHNICALLY you were missing

Just didn't want it to drop too far out of mind, though

Round Eleven, Begin!

Suddenly, Boo moves into action. His eyes burn with resolve as he charges his opponent. Cam, fearing the worst, halts his Solarbeam attack and decides to try a Detect. His mind is filled with supernatural knowledge, just as before, he can sense an incoming attack. This time, his mind tells him the attack is coming from- everywhere!

Boo begins a cataclysmic chain reaction in his cells, a skill known only to a few Pokemon. His cells change their atomic structure and begin to detonate on contact with the air. Desperately, Cam leaps as high as he can into the air above Boo, which is a fair distance. Still, Boo’s explosion is enough to blast the ‘samurai’ gecko even further into the air. As Boo fades away and is returned, Cam lands to the ground hard, a little worn out. (25% damage.)

I'm sending out my Tauros, FullCharge!

First up, use Rain Dance! That'll stop him from using those pesky quick-charge Solar Beams. Then, use Ice Beam. Finish things off by ramming him with Horn Attack.

[color=wheat oh no you don't Cam couter that raindance with sunny day then counter that ice beam by jumping high in to the air the and fire a quick charge solarbem, then land on Tauros' back facing his head and hit the back of his heaad hard with a Dynamicpunch try to make the bull see the stars!

Round Twelve, Begin!

Kakashi releases a Tauros by the name of FullCharge, who snorts, eying his opponent. Cam glares back, his breathing returning to normal. He survived an Explosion- a bull should be no problem right? Right??

FullCharge raises his head and neighs to the sky, his voice echoing strangely. The sun above seems frightened of the steer Pokemon, hiding his face beneath a gray storm cloud. (-4% energy) Cam sends a prayer to the heavens, beseeching the sun’s return- and return it does, the storm clouds only a memory. (-4% energy)

Annoyed, FullCharge snorts, his breath growing frosty. He rears back in the air, his hooves lashing out as he prepares to attack. A semi-solid beam of cold bursts from his mouth- but his opponent is no longer there.(-7% energy) The beam blasts harmlessly into concrete as Cam leaps into the air to his right, his mouth wide. A burst of pure solar energy erupts from the opening, slamming into the Tauros. (8% damage, -6% energy) However, there is no possible way for Cam to somehow land atop FullCharge, so he settles for landing slightly to the right of the bull.

FullCharge snorts louder, growing angry. He lines up with the lizard and takes off, galloping at a ferocious pace. Cam, still off-balance from his mid-air attack, has no time to leap again and takes the bull by the horns. FullCharge jabs his sharp horns into the gecko’s belly, pushing him backward. (7% damage, -7% energy) The blow is enough to force the air from Cam’s lungs, but before he is pushed away, he has time to slam his right fist into the Tauros’ skull (8% damage, -7% energy) As Cam is sent flying to the ground, FullCharge shakes his head irritably. It seems the blow has addled his mind a bit. Round twelve comes to a close…

Round Thirteen, Begin!

Both Pokemon bear down, ready to unleash their more powerful attacks. Though Cam is tiring, he fires off a speedy Solarbeam, which smashes into Full Charge at high speed. (8% damage, -6% energy) Full Charge, growing used to the barrage of solar energy, shakes it off and prepares his own attack. After a few moments of concentration, he belches forth a blazing attack in the form of a kanji, referred to as the “Stick Man Blast,” or more commonly, Fire Blast. The great attack sends Cam reeling backwards, thrown off his feet. (14% damage, -12% energy)

There’s not much more to this match. Both Pokemon continue firing their respective attacks at each other, refusing to give an inch and taking none. As round twelve comes to a close, both Pokemon have taken heavy damage. Of the two, Cam is in worst condition, his body blackened and smoking. However, such power does not come without a price…

Alright Tauros, charge in there with Headbutt and throw it off. Then Thrash about if it tries to get on your back. Otherwise hit it point blank with Flamethrower.

Cam, this match is getting old fast, anyways Slash him with Leaf blade charaged to maximum power with your remaining energy, you may go down Cam but we were out matched from the start of this match, however you have definitely earned a Juniper bush for a tail, my old friend.

Cam’s trainer, sensing the end, quickly gives his commands and Cam nods in acknowledgement. As Full Charge barrels toward him, his head lowered, the Grovyle knows that this will be his final stand. His green appendages begin glow white, charging with energy. Full Charge barely notices, too intent on hitting his opponent. Cam shouts a war cry and charges towards the bull, his blades held low to the ground. The grass Pokemon drives his blades into the Tauros’ shoulders, drawing blood and creating a deep cut. (12% damage). Already feeling lighter on his feet, Full Charge’s attack sends Cam flying back towards his trainer, defeated. (-6% energy) Round Fourteen comes to a close...

Wait, Leaf Blade doesn't HAVE a power-up option. It's not like Hyper Beam. It's a fairly straight-forward attack.

I guess CL meant to put his remaining energy into the attack... to "not hold back." It did a bit more damage than usual in return for his remaining energy. Still if it's a problem, say so, and Charles Legend will have to repost attacks.

Although I just hope Charles has the good will to not send out a fully evolved Pokemon. His last 2 were second stage Pokemon when I asked for only basics...(originally Tauros would be last. Grovyle pretty much forced my hand.)

I know that Hatake Kakashi, but as Ace64 pointed out I had cam put his remaining energy in to his leaf blades since I some times like to have my pokemon deal a bit more damage with a final attack if I know they well be going down, and if you notice I don’t have any fully evolved pokemon as of yet, and I was planning on using one of my basics last anyways, I just used King and cam to get some experience for them. Anyways Cam you fought bravely old friend rest now, now the moment you been waiting now as requested I well use a quote basic pokemon.....

“Lax lets show them what true power is all about! Now my black bear(?)grab that bull by the horns and unlash your ultimate attack...... Chaos blast oh wait I forgot that’s Shadow the hedgehog’s ultimate attack...... I guess you well just have to make do with Selfdestruct instead!

1.Munchlax cant be used in the ASB yet since Diamond and Pearl have not been released in ether Japan or the USA, thus is banned from use for now in the ASB making Snorlax still a basic pokemon even if he dose have a pre evolution that is unusable until Diamond and Pearl have been released here in the states.

2.true using Selfdestruct it may not be a very smart on my part but , it was unexpected none the less and I am going stick by it ….

well acourding to snorlax's R/B/Y/G/S/C dex entry you are able to taech a snorlax TM 36 which is Selfdestruct in red/blue/yellow at lest, Nah like I said I wanted to end this match with a bang, lest just say this Arena, looks like it was hit hard by the Black Arms from Shadow the hedghog thus since Lax can't uses Chaos blast he can at lest use Selfdestruct to blow up his foes with...

Charles Legend releases a rotund Snorlax, who yawns and looks around sleepily. The 'Lax instantly snaps to attention as Legend gives his final order:

"Take him out! Self-Destruct!"

Both trainers nod to each other as Lax lunges forward, seizing Full Charge by the horns. Something in his belly churns and begins to rouse, setting off a chain reaction. Waves of destructive energy flow outward from Lax, culminating in a large explosion that leaves everyone deafened. When the smoke clears, Lax lays on the ground, not asleep but unconscious. Full Charge still stands, shaken but alive. Round Fifteen comes to a close...this battle has ended.
