Pokemon don't have levels so really, they're at 100. When you look at a Pokedex, that Pokemon can use any move that it can legally learn, save for NYC PC moves. Please, read the rules so you'll understand this place better

hero86 - Considering the delightful PM you sent both me and Chris2.0 just now, I'm denying you a sign up for 2 weeks at least. We expect people in ASB to be polite to each other, so PMing the mods with "You're gay" and then suggesting other things isn't the kind of attitude we want.

In other words, you are denied, and no matter how many times you continue to post, none of your battles will be allowed to carry on. Continue with this, and you will be barred for a lot longer, if not permanently.
