Aromatherapy/HealBell

I know what they do but I've never used either move.

Here's my question. During battle, can you heal other Pokemon on your team without sending your HealBeller out? Or is it imperative?

The reason is that I wish to use Roselia. It's not a potential fighter but VERY useful. 2 turns to start using Spikes and LeechSeed in that order. Switch out. Keep Roselia out of battle but use Aromatherapy whenever needed.

I think you have to send it out. I'm not too sure cuz I've never used one, but I think you do; if not it would be kind of cheap.

I was hoping I didn't have to send out. The majority of Bellers/Therapists are very weak.

Do the moves heal all Pokemon simultaneously or only one selected?

They heal all pokemon simultaneously. It would be too cheap if you didn't have to send it in. That's another reason why they're all weak now. People used to abuse them back in GSC when they weren't weak, i.e. Blissey
