Name: Tausa

Soul Name: Aariel

Age: 33

Gender: Male

Tribe: Sun Folk/ Wolfrider

Appearance: Tausa is quite pretty for a male, even by elven standards. It's an odd beauty though, like a rainy day, or that perfect blood red moment before darkness settles in; an all together sad thing, slightly dark and dangerous, and slightly...just a confused boy. Standing at about average height, Tausa is thin enough that some might mistake him as being underfed. A wavy mane of sun-black hair dances into his pools of golden eyes, in the back stopping just short of the middle of his neck; slightly wolfish quality that has led many to speculate that his father had been a wolfrider, or maybe even, some have joked, an actual wolf. Slightly pointed teeth decorate his pretty mouth. His skin is soft though, like a child's. The rest of him is purely Sun Folk, however, from his sun-darkened skin to his exotic clothing. As to that, his main dress is a ragged cloud-white linen shirt, and silky dark pants that give him an eerie quality to anyone familiar with the desert sands. At some points, sadness would seem like the best way in describing Tausa's appearance, but sometimes the his anger and ambition becomes to much for his eyes to conceal. All of this is rather plain, I admit, for one that wishes to prick the world, but to Tausa being remembered as an outcast and beggar would be worse than death itself, hence his come-as-you-are appearance. He rarely smiles, and then only because something bad has happened. He is a great actor though, and so can make anyone believe that he is an innocent...that is, if they don't know what he's capable of, yet.

Personality: He is a sad little boy, whose only talent is sticking to the shadows. Around strangers, Tausa can be secretive, shy, and just mistrustful. He can be cruel and dark, a morbid sense of humor emerging whenever things get "too deep" for him to deal with. He often shuts people out, but then, to do that you have to have people to shut out. Because he blames everyone for his pent up rage and sadness, he has no one. But Tausa is a true poet, and so, given the slightest chance, will go on and on about the most quizzical things, from human religion to dogs, and still make his words sound hauntingly beautiful. Sometimes he will say the oddest things, as if talking to himself. Innocence and experience drizzle his every word. He hates everything about the Sun Folk, especially their "so-called" peaceful ways. In his mind, they're nothing more than liars and hypocrites - everyone of them. Everyone. They all deserve to die.

History: Tausa was born to a mother that didn't want him, and a father who might not even have existed, in a world that, as far as he could tell, hated him. He was the product ("accident", as he always secretly thought to himself) of his mother and a random passerby. She (her name was Sereda, he later found out) died during conception, taking the secret of the child's father to the grave with her.
So Tausa was born into this world, cold, alone, and friendless, with only the constant children's chanting of "your mother's a whore" to keep him occupied...
As soon as his mother died the boy was passed off between different friends, all distant family being long dead. These "friends" quickly tired of him, finding his child outbursts to be highly irritating, and his swollen anger to be disturbing enough, in itself. The whole situation, they decided later, was extremely distasteful. The last of his mother's "friends" ended up throwing him out on the street after she caught him doing something "unspeakable". To this day he laughs whenever he sees a ferret.
So Tausa was born into this world, cold, alone, and friendless, with only the constant children's chanting of "your mother's a whore" to keep him occupied....

Power: Fireshaper - When Tausa was only a child, he discovered hate. This hate manifested itself in many ways, sometimes acting as an "amulet" against "bad people", and sometimes simply comforting the lonely boy. As he grew older, the hate subsided, until it was only a dull burn in the back of his mind. But if you supress something for so long, it begins to act on its own.... As of yet Tausa's ability to manipulate fire has not shown itself to the boy.

Skills: Due to decades of being alone, he learned to take care of himself. Although as a necessity Tausa was forced to learn to cook, usually he just managed to filch either money or food. So yeah, those are his skills: cooking and picking pockets. If you consider skills to be talents, then you could add these to the list: Tausa can write. Songs, poetry; anything that can empty him out. Empty out his soul.
Family: His mother's name was Sereda, once upon a time...and...he never learned his father's name...he doesn't wish to know it.

Other: <= Was never a member of the Nazi Tea Party.

erm...that came out a lot...darker...than expected. ^^;
