    Default Best Healbeller, besides Blissey

I was wondering what Heal Beller is better off then Blissey, I know there isn't anything to compare to her, but who else would you use. I know about Miltank, Chimecho, Articuno and Dragonite from Pokemon XD, Granbull in UU. Who else am I missing?

Well, since aromatherapy is about the same thing as heal bell, here is a list of pokes that learn either one...

    -Aromatherapy-
    Vileplume
    Parasect
    Smeargle
    Blissey
    Roselia

    -Heal Bell-
    Lickitung
    Granbull
    Smeargle
    Miltank
    Blissey
    Celebi
    Delcatty
    Chimecho

out of all those, only a few are able to perform heal belling fairly well... or at least to the point that they can pull it off like Blissey, Granbull, Miltank, Chimecho, and Celebi... tho yes, Blissey is the best one.

these are just from RSE though, I dunno about XD

Don't forget that several Shadow Pokemon from XD gain Heal Bell as a "special move" when purified in XD: Poochyena, Altaria, and some others.

Of course not. Because that'd suck really, really hard. Unfortunately, even though you didn't think about it, this guy did.
