According to the TM Combatibilities list, Eevee can learn Slash but I don't know about Poochyena. Also, Steve, we already put Slash on the TM Combatibilities list. If you want to add a Pokemon, you should discuss it on the tagboard.

That wasn't my question, noone replied to Darkfire's question about 9 posts up on this page, and the question was about Metal claw, not slash, Darkfire's reasoning was that they learn slash and steel tail.

I think it would be best if you gave it to someone, or even traded it. Any pokemon can be colored white, I wouldn't know which one to choose from the ACs.
