    Default Where the hell?

    I cant find the guy who gives you volt tackle, blast burn, hydro blast and frenzy plant. I really want to find him cos i got an golem with rock head (for volt tackle) and i want my torkoal to have blast burn

    i never found that guy i found the move tutor and all he did was ask for a heart scale so i found one, then my pkmn could only learn moves they've already learned and forgotten... and LOL golem w/volt tackle... *points at his s.a... 209*
