Well, what I meant is, a Dark type has 2 weaknesses(bug/fighting), a good dark type can cover, or at the very least, counter it's weaknesses, this is how I battle, adding rock to TTar also added Water, Grass, Ground, Steel, and a double fighting weakness, which is a lot more to cover/worry about, what have you...whereas calling a Jew a nazi...

someone just had such bad extreme energy use, 3 of the 4 pokes fainted in a total of 6 rounds in a 2-2 1 out at a time, but battler1 lost both of his 2, one using double team too much, the other person won as his poke used extreme moves like fireblast, and had no high fatigue...what I'm getting at...it looks very fixed...I will not name names...one of the 3 involved are still around...

Mmm.. I think double team might be a slight bit more costly, depending on how many clones the Pokémon actually makes, but more than 7%, It think, would definitely be going overboard.
