Ages ago, potent creatures appeared, bearing abilities and powers beyond what man had encountered before. They gave these creatures various names and titles, but they all had one thing in common. They were all fearsome, powerful, and prone to causing mass destruction. Mankind struggled to deal with these creatures, trying combat, prayer, and everything else they could think of. Then they turned to the mystic arts. Magic proved more potent against them than other forces, but in the end, they hatched a desperate plan. Utilizing all the magic force they could muster, they sealed the beasts away within the souls of various people, where they would remain sealed within their bloodlines. Thus, they hoped they would never be unleashed upon the world again.

Amazingly enough, it worked, though with each generation the seal weakened slightly. Now, in the modern day, something happens, all of a sudden, monstrous beasts begin to show up out of nowhere, and bring chaos and terror to the world. Deep within your heart, you feel a familiar calling....

Alright, here's the lowdown, three months ago, strange and monstrous creatures suddenly appeared all around the world, some man sized, some smaller, others are massive behemoths, toppling buildings. The militaries of the world were caught unprepared, and normal weapons have proved to be of limited effectiveness. On top of that, several of the hotbeds in Asia, and the Middle East overreacted, launching nukes. This prompted a series of tragic events that wiped many major cities off the map. In merely three months, things have gone downhill to the point that the majority of the world's population wanders around as nomads, evading the creatures and scavenging supplies where they can find them.

You are the descendant of one of the people in whom the beasts from the time long ago were sealed, and as such, you carrythe power and soul of the beast within your own, and you have, throughout those months felt a familiar calling, and soon will be able to call forth and channel the spirit and power of the beast sealed within you.

Alternatively, you can play a purely mundane person caught in these events, if so, omit the necessary sections of the form.

Here is my character:

Name: Amelia Fairbrooks
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Personality: Once one of those perky, "never let anything get me down" types, Amelia is now a sarcastic, cynical individual who puts herself before others, save for her younger sister. She isn't afraid to do what she needs to survive, no matter how evil it is. She also has a penchant for naming weapons amusing names.
Appearance: She stands at 5'6", with straight, long red hair to her shoulders and blue eyes. Where once she was immaculate, now her appearance is usually rather dirty and grimy, and she wears blue jeans, a black t-shirt and a jean jacket, all pretty worn. she also is usually seen with a combat knife, and a 9mm pistol at the least.
Skills: She can cook, drive, knows how to use firearms, is a good scavenger, and has learned how to repair her vehicle.
Possessions: An SUV that's been modified to run off of grease and vegetable oil, a week's worth of surplus food for two, her combat knife she calls "Joann", her 9mm pistol she refers to as "Jake", a Shotgun named "Ash", spare clothes for when their current ones get too worn out, and last but not least, a chainsaw she calls "Maurice". It should be noted that almost all of these used to belong to other survivors, who aren't quite so surviving anymore, thanks to Amelia.
Mythical Beast/Creature: Fenrir, the wolf of norse myth.
Partial Release Appearance: she stands at 8 feet tall, a massive increase in muscle mass, covered in black fur, her legs have altered into a more canine shape while remaining human enough to enable walking upright, but her face is the most changed, being almost canine with a muzzle, feral yellow eyes, and pointy ears on the top of her head.
Full Release Appearance: A gigantic wolf a little bit bigger than a bus. It bears pitch black fur, and the requisite yellow eyes, but has a far more inhuman look in them.
Relationships: Is ensuring the survival and protection of her seven year old sister, Marie
Other: If my "hinting" isn't enough, she HAS murdered others for their possessions, though she has done her best to make sure her sister stays in the dark about it.

[Crazy Elf Boy]

Name: Nathan Haidley
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Personality: He is very touchy about who his friends are since he has spent most of his life alone. He would rather do things by himself unless he knows he is overpowered. In a nut shell he is the strong silent type.
Appearance: Stands about 6' short purple hair and dark black eyes. His skin is usually covered in mud to camoflague him against attackers. He wear long blue mud covered jeans, brown shirt and a symbolice pendant around his neck.
Skills: He can cook, run quite fast, lay traps, fire weapons and can some basic medical training.
Posessions: He carries a small knife concealed in his pocket, but most of the time carries around a PK machingun for protection. A years supply of MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat) and the pendant around his neck.
Mythical Beast/Creature: Pheonix
Partial Release Appearance: His body becomes engulfed in flame and his feet become sharp talons and has a plummage of feathers down his back.
Full Release Appearance: Stands about 9' tall with a wing span of 16' end to end. His body is now engulfed by a brilliant yellow flame.
Relationships: Open
Other: He WILL do anything for survival unless hurting something thats dear to him.

You're accepted, but due to what seems to be lackluster reception, I am considering closing this and working it into a fic. If more interest is shown, I will probably be willing to start it.

Name: Emma Gambol
Age: 22
Gender: Female

Personality: Emma used to be an overly optimistic person, with a smile on her face. Now she is cold, and calculating. Emma is apathetic to others who are suffering, only thinking about how to get their stuff. She will not hesitate to kill someone if they pose a threat to her.

Appearance: Emma stands at 5 feet even, making many people underestimate her. Her midnight black hair, which used to be waistlength, is now shoulderlength. She has dark brown eyes, which used to show how she was feeling. Now they are emotionless, hardened by the events that happened. Numerous scars litter her arms, and a large, horizontal scar lies on her left cheek. Wears ripped blue jeans, and a plain white, longsleeved shirt.

Skills: She can cook very well, is agile, has decent medical knowledge, is a marksmen, and is a mechanic.
Posessions: a plain hunting rifle with a scope attached, a pair of binoculars she stole, enough food for a month, a large hunting knife, and a revolver.
Mythical Beast/Creature: a Roc (it is an actual mythical creature.)
Partial Release Appearance: Emma sprouts two 10' long white wings, her feet turn into talons, her eyes become bigger, and her feet turn more birdlike.
Full Release Appearance: A 10 foot tall white bird of immense strength. the Wingspan is around 12-15 feet. Her eyes are golden, capable of zooming into something.
