Well, I see from your other post that you also have Sapphire. The only way to evolve Kadabra is by trading, so trade between your Emerald game and your Sapphire game.
Sadly, Zangoose is out of your reach. It is only available in Ruby.

A Nintendo DS would be worth your money if you're interested in Diamond and Pearl when it comes out.
Alternatively, if you have a Gamecube you can trade between Emerald and Pokémon Colloseum or XD: Gale of Darkness. They come with cables to connect your GBA with the GameCube. You cannot hope to get Alakazam unless you find a way to conduct a trade.
