You can get a few new Johto pokemon in the new Safari Zone extension once you've beaten the Elite 4. Go to the Safari Zone and head up and to the right, and you'll find an area with a number of Johto pokemon ready to be caught.

As for Kanto pokemon, there are only a few you can get, and you've probably already noticed most of them. Abra, Zubat, Geodude, Machop, Tentacool, Magnemite, Voltorb, Doduo, Rhyhorn, Koffing, Grimer, Pikachu, and some others that I've probably forgotten. Most of them are probably recorded in your PokeDex if you've beaten the game, so take a look in there if you want to find them.

The rest of the Kanto pokemon are unobtainable unless you pick up either FireRed or LeafGreen (or in some cases Colleseum or XD). And same with any Johto pokemon that you can't get from the Safari Zone.
