Ok Louie! Let's try this appeal out! First use a Rollout to zoom yourself out over that water. Spin as fast as you can and when you're far enough out, start to roll in a circle, spraying water everywhere in your wake. Then let yourself sink, or hey float I'm not sure what you'll do. When you've stopped, use a Thunder and Explosion. Sending shocks and water up in a very, hmm exciting display. If you can't explode at the same time, use it immediately following the Thunder, so the shocks are still running through the water.
