Best BattleTower Teams?

I've never had any luck what-so-ever in the Crystal BattleTower. So, what have your best teams been? What Pokemon worked the best for you?

Movesets would be really helpful, of course!

Well, the only team of mine that did anywhere close to decent was comprised of the three legendary dogs with their standard level 40 movesets. (Mind you, this was before I knew anything about competitive battling, so they weren't even EV trained.)

I think I got within one or two matches of completing the challenge a few times, but I never actually beat it. From what I've heard, though, even a well-built team doesn't stand a chance against the cheating computer.

Yeah, I've heard that too... But I still am interested if anyone beat it and who they beat it with.

Gengar or Missy/Tyranitar or Umbreon or Curselax/Zapdos or Dodrio

[i]nah man, i've never beaten it, i haven't even ever come close lol. cpu always cheats on me, so i can never crack it. i would actually be interested to here if anyone beat it myself lol.

I have a Houndoom weakness, if Snorlax is destoryed, so I'm thinking of replacing Skarmory. They are all level 50. Possibly I'll use Suicune with Mirror Coat, Rest, Surf, Ice Beam/Roar/Toxic. There is a llist on Gamefaqs on what they use.
