Eh, not much to say about the deck (don't know that much about Light monsters). Maybe add in a Kaiser Seahorse somewhere in there to help bring out Goryu?
Sorry for not being too helpful
Experimenting with a mono-light control:
Monster - 18
3 Cyber Dragon
1 Lightning Gear - Gouryuu
2 Thunder Emperor - Zeborg
1 Asura
2 Geruen Duo
1 Marshmallow
2 Mirage Dragon
1 Saint Magician
2 Rocket Warrior
2 Lightning Gear - Ouka
1 Twilight Zone Female Warrior
Magic - 14
1 Shrink
1 Cyclone
1 Tempest
1 Early Burial
1 Angel's Gift
2 Earth Crush
1 Card Trader
1 Brain Control
1 Book of Moon
2 Enemy Controller
1 Sealing Swords Of Light
1 Emissary Of Obliteration
Trap - 7
2 Solar Ray
1 Mirror Force
2 Explosive Armor
1 Destruction Ring
1 Cry Of The Living Dead
Total - 40
Suggestions/Fixes appreciated~

If Goryu is summoned with one Tribute, even if that one Tribute is Kaiser Sea Horse, even if you use Cost Down, it goes to the Graveyard at the end of the turn. There's no getting around it. If you want it to stay on the field, you MUST Tribute two Monsters.
I read the ruling. It's true.
It's only there for a finisher and or to remove something big on the field. It's not there for a repetative beatstick that'll retain field presence. It's just for the one shot deal.
I've also edited this a little but not posted it. I'm going to post a topic in a few days/weeks displaying my Mono series of decks.
