My thoughts?
I dislike draw power being kicked down and i'm slightly puzzled as to why Ground Mole is getting the kick. Theft coming back is probably my major annoyance due to CyDra + Summon + Theft.

Phoenix fun and Lily raping should be fun for the next few months though.

I'm glad they unrestricted Night Assailant though. Huzzah for Fiend-type Sinister Serpent with added bonus of killing others. X)

And is "Hurricane" known as "Giant Trunade" over in the TCG?

Keep in mind this may be fake. It's yet to be confirmed.

I've edited (to the best of my knowledge) and put TCG names next to the cards. The TCG list may be totally different to this, so don't speculate just yet.

Three Exiled Force and no Breaker. Lovely. And nothing about Cyber Dragons.

Ah well. At least the rumor that Mystical Space Typhoon would be gone turned out to be false. And at least with Overload Fusion down to one, Chimeratech is pretty much gone as well.

My problems with the list are:

A) Snatch Steal back? The card that helped so many people come back from the brink of defeat to get a victory they did not deserve? That should not be what Yugioh or any TCG is about. We already have such comeback cards in Pot of Avarice, Cyber Dragon, Overload Fusion... cards that can also win the game without being way too great themselves. This is a step backwards for the game.

B) Magician of Faith, Breaker, and Graceful got the axe. I just don't understand. Magician's effect could help you stage an unfair comeback, but the card was not immune to Nobleman, Exiled Force, Zaborg, Mystic Swordsman Lv2... not broken at all. In addition, Tsukuyomi banned and Book of Moon at 1 did not allow this or any flip effect to be abused.
Breaker was the bane of every Mirror Force, Sakuretsu Armor and Royal Decree that wanted to stay. Again, it was an effect that came with a drawback: having an effectless 1600 floater waiting for a Cyber Dragon, DD Assailant, or ANY kind of beatstick to ruin its day. Just another balanced card that fell to a lousy banning.
Graceful is dicey. Yeah, you could discard a Treeborn Frog, Night Assailant, or any Dark World monster to offset the disadvantage. Then again, you could have been stuck with a hand of very good cards that you had to get rid of immediately. Not to mention, the game sorely needs draw power and Pot of Avarice does not exactly solve that problem.
Victory Dragon? WTH? Here's the way to play around it: "I scoop."

Now onto the good stuff:

Phoenix completely unlimited should have happened from the beginning. Go ahead, put all three in your deck. Tell us how it does in the next SJC.
Lily could steal victories, but reckless players will literally "pay" for misusing this card.
Metamorphosis at 2 suits everyone well now that TER is banned. Now if they could also give us Scapegoat at 2 as well, we'd have a semblance of a diverse metagame.
Upstart Goblin free from the list = I like. It had no business here to begin with.

Cyber Dragon + Maruding Captain + Lily + Theft = GG.

Heck even Cyber Dragon + Theft + Emperor is bad.

I'm not happy with Theft being back at all. But I'll still use it.

With the deck I'm working on, Spells aren't usually a problem...

I'm making a Normal Beatdown Deck, and I use Non Spellcasting Area. If that's on the field, Snatch Steal, and any other Spell Card does not work on my monsters.

I've tested this deck a great deal. My opponents really hate it when I tell them that their Soul Exchange, Brian Control, Creature Swap, Enemy Controller, Smashing Ground, Fissure, and every single other Spell that they try to use to beat me won't work. One guy even called me a cheater and said the card was broken.

He said the same thing about my Heart of the Underdog, by the way.

So I'm one of the few guys who isn't very upset about it coming back. I understand why everyone else is upset about this, however. When I was playing other decks, that was indeed a very annoying card.
