Ok! Now that I have my ASB team, I would like to compete in a one-on-one battle. the rules are simple:

-use only one pokemon per team
-no one-hit ko's
-DQ time is one week
-PM pokemon and opening moves to ref
-my opponent can institue any special arena they want

If I am correct, everything is in order. Now I await an opponent and Ref...

So, once we get a ref, do we PM him/her the pokemon and then wait for them to be revealed before sending the attacks, or do we send the first set of attacks without knowing what our opponent will be?

PM the attacks and pokemon together to the ref. It should make the first round a complete surprise. ^_^

-----------------Opening and round One------------------
As I was flying my Ship the Phantom Galleon over a field, Leeks my male Farfetch’d was blasted out of the Engine room and landed on my right shoulder … the Phantom began to lose altitude, and soon crash lands in to the field below…

“Sorry Master but Mr. slaps accidentally Punched one of the Electrodes causing it to use explosion; which set off the others and since they all fainted they could no longer use Electrolevitate thus is why we Crashed landed in this field.” Leeks explained as I walked off the plank and landed on the ground, I soon spotted two some what new members to the ASB…

The young man named Kitsun sent out his male Castform named Cloudy, the other trainer was Lady Vulpix known to some as Gabi who sent out her female Vulpix Ruby…

Cloudy started getting in front of his trainer and sent off a ball of fire into the sky clearing a large Circle letting the sun’s warm rays hit the Earth below; Rube Jumped out of Gabi’s arms and locked eyes with Cloudy and sent two beams of white light in to Cloudy’s eyes who looked confused.
Cloudy then fired a stream of fire at Ruby who just smiled and licked her paw as Cloudy let out a Screamed as he just attacked himself; Ruby then coughed up a Purple glob of Poison Ooze at Cloudy.

Cloudy then collects a ball of hot fire and shot it at Ruby who was knocked back but quickly got up then raced at Cloudy and some how managed to slam the cloud to the ground with her body….

Man, I super-screwed up. For some reason I thought Cloudy would change types... But no abilities. Also, I definately did not see a fire type coming.

It's alright. The 'No abilities' clause affected me too. Vulpixes have Flash Fire, which means Weather Ball wouldn't have hurt her at all, and it would have increased the power of her fire attacks. But the battle has only just begun, lots of things may change.

Ok, Ruby, use Double-Team first, then Flamethrower and finally Iron Tail.

Ok. Lets start off with Hail; maybe those large chunks of ice will take care of those Double-Team clones. Then we'll give her a taste of her own medicine: Toxic!!! Finally, let's do some damage: Water Pulse!

Ruby started this round off by creating four Clones of herself, Cloudy Shot a ball of Ice into the air that called fourth a small cloud that let lose a hail storm, as balls of ice hit the five Vulpix on the head four of which disappeared..

Ruby took a deep breath and Shout out a large stream of firry breath at Cloudy who got burnt, Cloudy spat a Glob of Purple Ooze in to Ruby….

Ruby six tails took on a metallic color as she swung it into the Castform, Cloudy then Shoot out a stream of Rainbow colored water at Ruby who not only got wet but also got confused… Cloudy fell to the ground and glowed Purple, then rose back in to the air, a chunk of hail hit both Ruby and Cloudy on the head.

It's fine Kitsun, my computer is fixed now, and Look down... And Gabi I was just checking, and I the reason I named my Piplup "Bird Flu" was because I mistranlated it's name as meaning "contagious poultry disease spread by Poop" so I Orignally thought hey I wonder if Nintendo was made Piplup as a pun to the Bird Flu which is by the way a contagious poultry disease...

but anyways Enough about that, here the reffing...

Cloudy Charges up and fired of a bolt of lightning that struck Ruby for good damage, Ruby thought hurt started to Show off just how sexy she really was and then fired of a red heart shaped bubble of love which hit the Distracted Castform who now thinks he madly in love with the Vulpix….

Cloudy Started to collect the Shadows he was told to but he mist have been thinking ”Why do I want to attack the Pokémon I am in love with?!” Ruby Smirked before digging a tunnel in to the ground.

Cloudy Remembered he was Supposed to show that Vulpix just how much of a Stud muffin he really was, However when he looked at where she had been there was a pile of dirt; ruby broke out of the soft earth under the confused and dissipated Castform not only was he hit by Ruby but also the soil as well when she came out of the hole…

Cloudy and Ruby both fell to the ground and glowed Purple, then rose back to their feet well Cloudy back in to the air; and a chunk of hail hit both Ruby and Cloudy on the head.

Cloudy summoned a ball of steam and shot it at Ruby who disap4eared after getting hit, Ruby reappeared behind cloudy and such him in the back…

Cloudy turned around, but instead of attacking he fell asleep, or at lest tried to, Ruby Smirked then blew the cloud a kiss in the form of a stream of fire…. A worm hole appeared over Ruby and a what appeared to be a Shiny Dialga fell out of it and landed her however it quickly disappeared and was merely just energy that was created by Cloudy who must have red the ref’s mind as he was playing his Pokemon Diamond for nearly four days striate…
