    I need real help here: Moves, personaltites, traits and items for:
    Shiftry
    Absol
    Delcatty
    Altaria
    Milotic
    Manectric
    Torkoal
    Sceptile
    Swampert
    Keckleon
    Dusclops
    Wailord

    If don't know of or can't post for all, at least post for one that you know of!
