R/S Questions

1. Can Ice-Types be frozen? I know that in RBY they can't but in GSC they can... I don't know about R/S
2. *expects to get flamed for this question* In your opinion, who would be the best to teach Earthquake to? I am trying to decide between Aggron, Metagross, or Blaziken... there are probably others who can do really good with it... Who do you think is best to teach it to (not necessarily only out of those 3)? Since you can't duplicate TMs in this like you can in RBGS (heh heh...), I need to use my TMs conservatively. *sorry to ask this!*
3. What happens if you have Groudon and Kyogre out at the same time in a battle? Their abilities conflict... is there just no weather at all?
4. I know that you get a Master Ball in the Magma/Aqua Hideout, but I didn't know about it when I went through it and now the hideout is closed up. Is there no way I can get it? I know that you can get it with the ID number thingy...
5. Do the Regi Pokemon abilities' protect them from stat reduction from their own Superpower or Curse (the Speed lowering)?

as far as i know, when they come into play, the faster one, (which we will say is groudon cuz thier speed stats are equal w/out ev distribution), uses his ability, which causes a sunny/rainy conditions. then the other poke (kyogre in this case) ability goes into effect, and the feild is switched to the rainy / sunny conditions.

again, this all depends on their speed stats, cuz both will go into effect no matter what

2 - depends on your movesets and you
4 - only way is hideout / lottery ID
5 - no
