Projectiles, as I remember it, are any special moves that leave the person's body.

So basically, this is a pure fisticuffs match. Counter, Seismic toss, Bite, stuff like that.

Eddie start by aiming a Brick Break at Change's nose. Then aim a Mega Kick at his chin. Finish up with a Seismic Toss. Try to make him land on the back of the head if you can.

~Round 1 Begin!~

There are no rules, no holds barred in the match that's held today, provided both of the opponent's for today's battle keep their projectiles in check. That means, no fire-breath, no psybeams, or anything special of that nature. Whether that will prove a difficult task for Mike's Eddie, a fire-breathing, shiny Charmander, only time will tell. Change, however, seems perfectly at home in the steel-cage, glancing left and right, taking a few imaginary jabs at a just as imaginary opponent for preparation.

Then, the fighting bell dings. In a blur of super-human speed, Change musters every ounce of strength and agility to streak across the small cage, popping in front of Eddie with a startling battle cry, scraping the lizard's cheek with a negligible blow that shocks Eddie, making him stumble backwards and fall over onto his tail in shock. Before the dragon can even react to the surprise attack, Change's lightning-speed moves don't waver, hitting him with a light-speed Mach Punch right under the chin. Hissing in indignation, Eddie retaliates with a hard kick against the Tyrogue's spindly legs, nearly knocking the fighting type over as the hard kick makes his ankle explode with pain while Eddie grins, somewhat vindicated.

However, Change is not going to let that rest. So, despite the aching pain in his ankle, he gathers up that speed once more, hitting him with another light-speed punch, nearly sending Eddie hurtling into the metal-cage from the metal-type strike. However, Eddie is not going to allow himself to be struck down, catching the Tyrogue's long arm in his paws, before heaving Change upwards, throwing him onto the ring mat with a satisfied growl.

Now, since he wants to play hard ball, let's. Start with a Bulk Up so you can better deal with the pain. Tackle him to the ground and then Brick Break his face!

if he tries to Taunt you-then hit him with a Focus Punch.

~Round 2 Begin!~

The fight between our fire-breathing lizard and the vague fighting-humanoid continues as Eddie runs at the Tyrogue as the pokemon begins to Bulk Up, strengthening his muscles and hardening his defenses. Nevertheless, the Mega Kick hits the Tyrogue hard in the ankle, and he bites his lip to deal with the pain.

Now, turning onto the offensive, Change lunges at the lizard inches away from him, tackling the surprised reptilian to the ground. Hissing, Charmander retaliates, grabbing his opponent by the arm and ungracefully tossing him off his person.

Sliding across the mat, Change gets up, his strategy foiled a bit. Eddie has taken an offensive stance, now up from off the floor. Both foes lunge at each other, preparing for the final blow of the round. Both Pokemon collide with each other, with Eddie trying to get Change in an ankle lock, but the barrage of defense-shattering punches is making it difficult. Both attacks seem to be at odds with each other, neither willing out, and finally, both opponents are forced to break apart as the match bell rings, signaling the stop -- and soon to be start -- of the next round.

Alright Eddie, start off with Double Team. Then try to toss Change against the cage with anouther Seismoc Toss. He should get hurt even more since the cage is electrified. Finish off by trying to get him in another ankle lock with Strength.

Change, let's play with Eddie now. He's gonna try to evade us-and I don't want you to strain your ankle until you feel you can use it. So we'll play smart battle.

Mind Read him as he tries to evade. When he comes at you, Counter his Toss and throw him into the gae. Then let him come to you and when he tries to strongarm your ankle, Bullet UPPACUT! into the gate.

Quick as a flash, Eddie splits into four identical Charmander, while Change concentrates his mind, trying to predict where Eddie will be coming from, so his attack won't miss.

Just as Change reaches englightenment on the matter, Eddie charges forward, readying himself to toss Change into the electrified cage. However, even as the real Eddie lays hold of Change, the Tyrogue spins around, and counters with a strong force, throwing Eddie away into the electrified cage.

With his foe now picking his lizard self off, Change carefully maneuvers toward Eddie, his fist glowing with a metallic finish as he hits the Charmander in the face with a quick, though not quite brutal, punch. Eddie staggers back--though the low amount of force behind the move was still not enough to throw him back against the walls of the fighting ring, and Eddie is still with it enough to wrestle Change into an ankle lock with his superior Strength.

~Round 4 Begin!~

Held in a tight ankle lock by Eddie, Change is unable to really move, so he changes tactics, hoping to startle him with a Fake Out, throwing a lightning-fast punch at Eddie's face. The move glances past the Charmander's cheek, causing Eddie to yelp, but it seems it will take more than that to cease Eddie's attack this time. Eddie may have been startled before by Change's quick appearance at the beginning of the match, but this time, Eddie saw the attack coming--just as Change can easily see what's about to happen next.

Exerting all of his strength, the fire-lizard throws Change away from him, sending the Tyrogue skidding along the matt as he again rushes forward to pursue his next endeavor: Dragon Claw. Panting, Change quickly gets up, running at Eddie as both collide. The dragon attack strikes Change's outstretched arms as he delivers the bone crushing attack that propels Eddie backwards, chest bruised and hurting from the crippling punches.

Not to be deterred, Eddie runs forward yet again, his fist surrounded by thick, burning flames. With renewed vigor, Charmander strikes Eddie's shoulder with a smoldering fist; Change winces in pain. However, a familiar bronze glow is surrounding Change, and within a few seconds of sizzling embers and burning flesh, Change is abruptly repelled, taking the exact amount of damage he was dealt, as he is resistant to the elemental energy of fire. Change's shoulder, however, is still smoldering. It's obviously a painful burn.

~Round 5 Begin!~

This round, both Pokémon seemed bound and determined to keep away from each other, each preparing themselves in a physical aspect. For the next two turns, Change begins to prepare both offense and defense, strengthening his tough muscles while trying to ignore the stinging burn on his body. Eddie, meanwhile, is psyching himself up, filling his body with the adrenaline and battle-fury of swords dance.

Then, as Change finally takes the offensive, Eddie lies in wait, intending to pay the Tyrogue back from last round's attacks. Change wonders vaguely why the Charmander isn't struggling as he lifts the lizard up with his strengthened muscles, but quickly finds out why once he hefts Eddie over his shoulder and slams him into the ground.

The force sends a mini-earthquake rippling through the arena, but as soon as Eddie hit the ground, a bronze aura surrounded him, and the Tyrogue becomes the victim of the Counter's rebound. He's ripped away from Change thanks to a surge of powerful energy. It sends the humanoid Pokémon colliding hard with the cage's floor with twice the force and twice the power, large seismic vibrations occurring around him at his fall--though the Cage and people watching it appear to be undamaged. One couldn't say the same for Change, though, as he looks like someone just took his soul away from him and ripped it in half.

~Wanna know what happened? When Countering, the Counterer receives the damage he would normally receive, while the Counteree just gets it back double, unless they are resistant to that type of move--which Change wasn't. So Eddie took 16% damage. (10% base +3% SE +3% from Bulk up). Change got double that, 32 + 3 from Burn. Fun Fun.
-And since Eddie's power was boosted higher than that of Change's defenses, his Bulk up didn't help buffer the blow any.

His quick appear, disappear, hit act startles Eddie, causing the Charmander's dragon claw to fade away in surprise; however, Eddie soon regains his composure, grabbing the bronze-aured Tyrogue by the neck, slamming him downward into the floor, fainting Change immediately before the counter can kick in, leaving Eddie a victorious, though tired fire-lizard.
