    Name: Eideard, shortened to E’ded
    Gender: Male
    Age: 18
    Dragon: Green
Searched From: Traders, who were currently weathering wintry storms in the High Reaches Hold
Heritage: a Lord and Lady Holder
Appearance: Eideard is tall, about 6”3, with a rather lanky body and only slightly tanned skin despite the fact that he spends many hours under the sun with the Traders. His eyes are a deep, rich burgundy whereas his hair is russet brown with blonde sunstreaks that tends to be in a state of perpetual mess. He wears a loose, long sleeved low v necked shirt that may have been white in its glory days but is now a rather indiscriminate shade of dirty grey, long brown slacks of sort and a thick belt around his waist that is home to several of his personal effects and on his feet, two black, very worn leather boots that have obviously seen much service. His only form of ornamentation is a thick silver chain around his neck with a heavy carved silver pendant in the shape of a dragon in flight.
Personality: Possessing a more than passing fancy for all beverages alcoholic coupled with a seeming inability to ever be inebriated, it is no surprise that half of his closest pals are Vintners. A happy go lucky attitude, an even temper and a fondness for laughter make him well liked anywhere he goes. He detests being “tied down”, and always itches to be on the move, and so, the roving lifestyle of the Traders appeals to him. Eideard enjoys a good story as much as any other man, but has angered many a Master Harper by demanding for stories and songs with more of the “ha-ha variety” as he puts it. As mentioned earlier, he loves laughing, and is often a willing co-conspirator of pranksters, though mostly of the harmless variety. In confrontations, he tends to take the “why-can’t-we-just-all-be-friends” stand, and therefore it is very hard to argue with him as he will not react antagonistically, even when provoked. On the contrary, he would probably deliver a long lecture on some random topic that will leave the antagonist so kermufluxtated(his word) that all anger and wrongs will be forgotten in the midst of confusion. Many consider him rather weak in the head, or childish or naďve, because of his penchant for using odd words or madeup words and a propensity to beat around twenty different bushes at any given time. It is not known how he reacts to stressful situations, because he is never flustered, preferring to be laidback and accepting whatever the future holds, be it good or bad.
Other: The reason for his unknown parentage is because of the controversy that had to be hushed around his birth. His father, a Lord Holder, was outwardly a mild mannered and fair man but secretly abused his wife regularly, raping her at various intervals. Disbelieved by all, she was on the brink of insanity and refused any treatment when her “concerned” husband ordered the best healer available for her. Immediately after the delivery of her first child, she went completely mad, declared her husband a beast and murderer and strangled herself to death before the healer present could intervene. Master Healer Dughal felt some concern at her words and found several injuries on her body that could not be self inflicted. Concerned about the child’s safety, he confronted the Lord Holder, who, bearing no love for his son, agreed to let the healer take the child, as long as he kept mum about the Lady Holder’s abuse. As he had no concrete proof of the Lord’s brutality, the Master Healer was unable to do anything more other than bring the child back to Healer Hall, where Eideard grew up hale and hearty, raised by Master Healer Dughal as one of his own. Eideard however had no love for the healing arts, or any established crafts for that matter, and instead preferred to throw his lot with Traders, much to his adoptive father’s dismay. He loved the freedom they embodied, and the hard life on the road was pleasant to him. Dughal has never told Eideard about his origins, instead telling him that his real parents are dead. Eideard also is not bothered about his parentage, satisfied with the family he has now, and is indeed, very attached to them. He has rudimentary healing skills due to his upbringing and an extensive knowledge of all sorts of drinking games.

    Name: Kraellath
    Gender: Female
    Colour: Green
Appearance: Her hide is a dark myrtle green that appears almost black especially on her snout to her skull, in a dark stripe which extends just over her eyes, giving her the appearance of a mask of sorts. At birth, her wings are significantly larger than that of most hatchlings, and when she matures, her wingspan will be rather more impressive than normal. Her tail on the other hand is rather short, and she can be very sensitive about it. When she matures, she will reach her full length of 22 metres. Her eyes are also slightly larger than the norm, and, when around her rider, usually are the shade of azure blue.
Personality: A prankster by nature, she and her rider get along famously. Her love for jokes and foolery do not endear her to her clutchmates, but is a great source of amusement to Eideard. She is also known to make up and tell rather silly jokes, often dragon-themed. Exuberant, loud and basically a rapidly expanding dragon shaped ball of energy(so to speak), she would mindchatter non-stop if she could. Unable to sense disdain, she is thus rendered invulnerable to all sarcasm. She also cannot hold grudges because it goes against her basic happy nature, and it's too much work and energy wasted, when it could be well spent on thinking up another joke or prank. Flying is one of her greatest joys, and she delights in aerial acrobatics and stunts that her smaller, agile build allows.
