Rest...?

If a pokemon (like Vigaroth for example) has the Vital Spirit ability & cannot be out to sleep, then does that mean that if Rest is used it won't work or that they'll heal, but won't go to sleep?

Let me know what happens... only Delibird, Mankey/ Primape, & Vigaroth have this, but if it works.... maybe it'd be worth training one of those guys.

no you do not rest, insomniac ability worx the same... you cannot rest from what i understand, you do not heal... and you do not rest

TM 44 is Rest... you should be able to teach it to any pokemon. Hypno (unattainable, though) can learn it & he has the insomnia ability.

Yeah, it's the sleeping that DOES the healing in "rest" (hence the name :p) so if you can't sleep, nothing happens.
