FIGHT!

As Aeri--err Hexen sunk, the beam saved him from resting on the floor. The same type of beam would then exchange him form for another water type, but this one seemed a lot larger, and a bit more capable of handling the task ahead. Kingdra peeped her head out the water-as cold as it may be-and stared down the lil' dragon...

that Lil dragon whom already started with a shot of lightning toward her! Swimming backwards from Dratini with a rush of speed, Kingdra's ability to manipulate water came into play.

The V-trail created as Kingdra sped away from the Thunderwave was manipulated to coast up over Dratini's area, before firing down upon the small dragon akin to shrapnel. Pelted by water bullets, Dratini lied there, floating atop the ice like some sort of Antarctic Castaway..

FIGHT!

Wow! Almost immediately, a new non swimmer joins the group of fighting! Ghoulish ghost on the field! Stretching its freeform hands, Haunter sets its sights on Kingdra, whom gives her a steely glare. The battle locked on the second that occured, as Kingdra started over toward Haunter, whom was merely staring at the oncoming dragon that began to...sub..merge?

Watching the water trail evaporate, Haunter lofted up, and was barely able to avoid the incoming Dragonbreath that slammed from the water, hidden by the ice floating around. Floating down, Haunter spotted the enigmatic dragon and shot out its waves of sleep. Kingdra though, swiftly translated its position, so the waves hit water and nothing else.

Seeing the waves miss, Kingdra tried the sniping mission again, swimming around an iceberg that was a bit farther away. Haunter merely scanned the water- looking for that probiscus of her enemy currently. The glint of light she noticed made her turn around, and suddenly be overcome with a Dragonbreath sniper shot. Spinning down, Kingdra swam out of hiding, elevating its head enough for the diving Haunter to correlate distance. Kingdra saw the Haunter then ...explode-waves and rays of energy hitting her, but no damage...

What?!?!

That didn't make sense! Swimming over to where Haunter should have landed, she then submerged herself, searching. The ghost reappeared above the lake then, snickering.

Seeing Kingdra swim deeper, Haunter took a deep breath, before ..ewww causing some Toxic sludge to appear in its mouth...sick. Kindgra-unsure where Haunter went, swam back to the surface, only to be further confused to spy the ghost there-gearing an attack. She quickly turned tail, but slammed directly into an iceberg, literally becoming a sitting duck for the Toxic wave.

FIGHT!

As this water battle rages on, Kingdra decided to stop Haunter in her tracks. Swimming toward the spirit, Haunter took the encroaching dragon as pure hostility. Charging up a magnificent sphere of energy-Haunter threw her hand back, and forced the disjointed limb forward-flinging the ball at the oncoming dragon.

Kingdra welcomed the incoming, by stopping his forward motion. The churning water he was creating cascaded past him, rising up from a V-Formation into a mighty wave, one that covered over the Energy Ball, and slammed into it full force, hitting both the ball and Haunter back and into its own watery depths.

Unfeeling probiscus peered under the water, spotting the maniacal ghost, whom seemed to be ..laughing at him. Upset over this predicament, he shot after her. The ghost however, merely watched as Kingdra flew over...to the other end of the arena...obviously enamored with a floating ice chunk...

Wow..he was confused. Taking the opportunity, she would charge up a ball of energy from her own realm, and fling the blast at the misled Dragon. The Dragon, whom was now spitting up over the ice chunk, melting it with his focused explusion of acidic toxic fluids. A sharp tunneling of water would catch his attention, and then the pain of being stuck by a Shadowball followed!

Noting the distance between them, Haunter closed the distance, first shooting out of the water and returning to the sky. Hovering over Kingdra-Haunter began to channel energy into its fingers, cackling as she did so. Kingdra caught sight of the energy bouncing off of her fingers, and snapped out of his daze. He spat up a small spark of energy herself- moments before a torrential amount of the kindred energy came sparking down at him. He made to evade, only to be struck by that overbearingly sick feeling in his stomach. The bolts slammed into him, sinking him further in the water.

Haunter however, didn't enjoy it's own attack, as she felt it backfired on her. Somehow, one of those funny sparks flew back at her, slapping her with a nasty bout of paralysis that left her floating still.

FIGHT!

The Ice arena..a grand exhibition stage, for these Battlers however, its just a frigid representation of their determination and willpower to survive within harshness.

Haunter takes the moment in time to self reflect- spotting that Kingdra is sinking under the tides...no matter. Hands close, Haunter focuses her mind, starting to create a shining blast of energy around its amorphous form. Eyes opening, Haunter was slightly stunned to see the massive rush of water that suddenly rose up and arched over her. Kingdra floated backwards, controlling the water with but thin movements of her probiscus-akin to a conductor leading an orchestra. Haunter didn't falter, ad released the omni directional blast, the Surf colliding...fighting...forcing over the pushing ghost, and finally being thrown back-albeit not without its counter effects.

Haunter was thrown back from the repulsion of her own Psychic, and slammed into the water, slightly dazed from the amount of energy stored to counter such a Surf. Kingdra felt the recoil shock as well, but to her, it was nothing too damaging. As Haunter fell backwards, Kingdra took the opportunity to swim toward the ghost unrelenting, beam of the land charging within his body.

Within distance, Kingdra did not lose sight of the ghost as it shimmered. Even though he swore he saw three other ghosts fly past him, he kept his target, and swam through all four of the ghosts that were now chasing him! When did this turn into a tag match! Turning, the Ice Beam fired as the ghost were lined up in two rows of two. One Row of Ghosts met the chilling effects of the beam- and Haunter was struck! Slapped by the beam of Ice, She went spinning into the water again-clones fading away as fast as they appeared

The chill of the cold upon its form did Haunter in, and she could not fight the effects of the paralysis that still plagued her body. Twitching right above the surface, she looked as if she would drown! Kingdra didn't care-if yo can't swim, don't get in the lake! A barrage of waterspheres seared over and across the water, slamming into Haunter full force. Haunter went flying, passing through one glacier before slamming into a secondary one

Satisfied, Kingdra backed away, slightly noting the soft purple haze in the arena...making him a tad dizzy..

FIGHT!

With Haunter still recovering from the mishap that was her attempt at an ice luge, Kingdra went on the defensive. Spinning under the water until only the tip of her probiscus could be spotted, a thin stream of black smoke could be seen, beginning to chug its way around the lake.

Shaking off the fizzy feeling. Haunter quickly rematerialized in the spot he was catapulted from-spotting the small blue underwater train shooting pollutants into the air. A wave of his hands, before a direct beam was thrown at Kingdra this time, whom was unaware of the strange effects that had now befallen her.

Unfortunately-the arena suddenly was filled with smoke, obscuring the lake's surface once again. Kingdra resurfaced, knowing only that the smokescreen was her doing, but as for everything else...something was a bit off. That was alright, as he hastily formed a toxic substance inside itself, ready to be lurched upon Haunter...

whom didn't appear. At all. Turning left and right, up and down, Kingdra swam around, lost in its own Smokescreen. Confused as he was, he never saw the crackle of lightning shoot form the west, possibly shining for a quick second before frying his body and causing him to sink under the water...the toxic substances he was ready to fire were forcefully ejected....onto my wetsuit.

How else you think I'm reporting this battle when there's a smokescreen blotting out most of the arena? ~_n

Slapped with electricity, Kingdra whirled around voraciously, but still, nothing. But the cackles...the cackles could be heard. Haunter was having a hell of a time flying about, not fearing any onset of paralysis. Knowing his quarry trapped himself, she hastily formed up her third strike-green globules beginning to rise out from the water, stemming from Kingdra himself! Noting the weakened state her body was enduring-Kingdra merely closed his eye, attaining a deep draconic blue hue.

Haunter silently began to wonder what that light was, growing from the smoke....as the smoke cleared away..--no, it was being blown away by the amount of energy Kingdra was giving off. Suddenly, a bright flash erupted into the sky, totally missing Haunter! She laughed vehemently at Kingdra, tears running down her ghoulish face...

Kingdra looked up just then, apparently not confused anymore-Just feeling sick to him stomach... It could see what was gonna happen...and quickly moved backwards. Haunter-whom was still laughing, soon stopped when the arena suddenly became overcast in a deep shadow. The clouds almost turned invisible. Shocked, Haunter turned around, to barely catch a glimpse of the huge Meteor that seemed to be pulled from the heavens itself, that came barreling down upon the arena....

FIGHT!

::Walking around with a Geiger counter.:: Alright folks. DL here, after that fallout. I seem to be the only human alive, along with Mega and Ultimate. In fact...they're still battling on this heavily darkened Ice Field...what determination.

Haunter, heavily offset by that attack, materialized back into view. Obviously shaken by Kingdra's power-knew that head to head was NOT going to work. So instead, she stood (floated?) her ground and began to scream.

Loud.

Kingdra, obviously perturbed by the sound, immediately took no chances, and sent a heavy stream of Brine encrusted water at Haunter. The jettisoned blast struck home-Haunter silently spiralling down to the ground. Kingdra sighed, having stopped that Tormentous scream-it was downright eerie.

Silty sky would yield no sunlight for the moment, as the icebergs seemed to lose some of their majestic size. The pool was dirty, yet Kingdra still seemed adept in swimming through it. Beaded eyes spotted the hapless Kingdra floating in the water, and a second blast of water was fired at the ghost...

Or was it? As My Geiger counter warns me that there is severe radiation to the left of me, I run right, spotting Haunter finally regaining composure and holding out both hands. Wriggling her fingers, Kingdra would squint to spot what the ghost was doing that could be inhibiting his attack. As he stared...his mind slowly went into a slumber, put to ease by the Hypnotic fingers...

[H: -4E K: Tormented/Asleep]

As the seadragon swam there in slumber, Haunter soared over, finally happy something went her way. But, as she dipped her hand into Kingdra's mind, in order to see what tasty dreams could be eaten, a fierce bout of paralysis covered her ghastly persona, and over she went, sinking into the water as well. At this point, Haunter was sick and tired of this paralysis, and cursed it as she fell in the depths of the still clear deep water.

Although dreaming of female Seadra, Kingdra saw an ominous cloud cover his thoughts, sickening him.

FIGHT!

..As I fear for my life...28 hours later...I notice the immortal Haunter and Kingdra battle has taken a turn for the more...stable? Haunter-shaking free of the paralysis for now, is making her way up to her sleeping target. Hand clamps on the sides of Kingdra's head, and Haunter begins to establish a mental link. The link is locked as Kingdra's head glows red, but at the same time...the water begins to bubble. Haunter continues to mentally lap up the dreams of a surfing Kingdra, unknowing of the actual attack soon to befall her.

A waterfall brewed from the heavens, and crashed onto Haunter, once again drowning her

Cursing out the fact that the darn Seadragon bested her, Haunter stretched out its disjointed hands again, trying from a larger distance to lap up more barnacled dreams of Kingdra on a beach, being served by six sexy Swedish Seadra Seductresses serving Seagreen Slurpees....

Say that 5 times fast...err anyway..@_@ Haunter closed her fists, and the Dream was successfully snatched, and dragged back to its ethereal body, refueling it partially. Unlike last time, the retaliatory action did not come from Kingdra, but from the sky itself. Haunter watched as the sky erupted, Rain falling in sheets. As the rain fell, the ash and soot in the sky began to fall as well, definitely defining the meaning of acid rain.

Reaching out for a third basket of Kingdra goodness, Kingdra allowed himself to sink. Thinking the Sleeping prey was unleashing another unconscious attack, Haunter retracted, opting to speed by and hopefully snag the dream as of part of a drive-by.

Haunter whisked in the water quite adeptly, spying the glowing red mark...as it began to fade...in a column of white...before disappearing. Kingdra, still slumbering..suddenly shot up violently, past Haunter and to the surface!

..Haunter only stared. Did it just use DIVE? HAHAHAHAHAAUNT!! A fishing reel action was used, and more of Kingdra's dreams were snaked for the eating....

As Kingdra bobbed at the surface again, its dream began to weaken, as the sickness really ripped at his unconsciousness..

FIGHT!

Ironically, its now very quiet here. The rain washing away all the silt is quite comforting, grey crags returning to a white and pristine state. The water is being Brita-fied as well, and through it all..Kingdra sleeps. A mighty sleep he sleeps-battling the hoards of Mantine that dare try to take over his Corsola harem. A grumble here and there, and suddenly, a series of blasts of water shoot up and at Haunter,. whom was drifting over just then. The foamy blasts erupted up and around Haunter, knocking her left and right, and fortunately, right next to Kingdra.

Those hands grabbed onto the Seadragon's head for dear life--literally, as they began to suck the dreams right out of his head.

Now, how was this dragon still hurting her! She couldn't figure it out. Hands raised in order to really tear the dreams out of Kingdra's mind, but suddenly, the unthinkable occurred. She tensed up! NOT NOW!

She fell like a ghostly rock, into the water. As she floated on the water however, the reflection she spotted gave her more shivers. The sky seemed to darken with the onset of what seemed to be many satellites from distant moons...that could only mean one thing.

Kingdra had woke up. And with him, came the fury of the heavens. Well, a lesser fury as he was severely weaker from using it before.

Bobbing for air. Haunter recovered from the attack, quite happy that it wasn't going to happen again...right? Kingdra though, didn't have the same idea, and quickly began to try and summon the heavens. Haunter screeched her discontent, and railed forward, nailing Kingdra's mouth with a hefty punch-embed with the ability of ice. Kingdra reeled back in the water, but her summons was heard. Meteor fell..

But this time, as Haunter fell under the barrage, it was evident that it was nowhere nearly as potent.

Kingdra hacked, feeling a swelling pain in his stomach. That toxic crap was still there! But at this juncture, she could take no more. Sinking to the depths went the dragon from the deep...
