    I'm glad the other battles I'm reffing aren't moving as fast as this one or I would NEVER be able to catch up, lol.

    Blademaster VS Silencer
    ROUND 8

    Pre-round Stats

    Blademaster

    ♂ || Armored Ant
    HP: 76%
    Energy: 83%
    Status: Confident

    Double Team, Brick Break, Stone Edge
    Sub: Aerial Ace (@ Toxic)

    Silencer

    || Suiryudan
    HP: 100%
    Energy: 100%
    Status: Amazed that he is breathing!

    Blizzard~Octazooka~Bubblebeam

    Battle

    Kurenai's prone form vanishes from sight, and another Pokemon appears to take his place in what is becoming an epic battle? Instead of standing on an atom, the Seadra instead swims in the darkness, yet another Pokemon with a Naruto-based nickname. It's an EPIDEMIC!!!!!!!!

    *ahem* Anyway, Armored Ant concentrates for a little while, and suddenly, there are, two, three, four, five, six of him running around! What is a Seadra to do? A widespread blizzard? Just the thing! And so, it was done, and flurries of snow add their beauty to the rather gloomy place. Of course, the deadly, pointed and extremely sharp crystalline shards heading towards the Armored Ant are just trivial matters if you look at it from the viewpoint of eternity maybe. His clones were destroyed, yada yada, oh, and he got hurt too. Poor little buggy boy.

    (H:-8, E:-4; E:-7)

    Anxious for revenge, Armored Ant charges, one claw raised, ready to strike. Grinning rather evilly, Suiryudan readies the black ink and spits. EWW, bodily fluids. Armaldo gets it right in his far set eyes, and loses vision temporarily. He does have enough momentum though, and keeps going, slamming down the claw wildly, and by sheer luck, dings the Seadra a good one on the head.

    (H:-7, E:-5; H:-9, E:-4)

    Well, we can't be having that, CAN WE? Conclusion: BUBBLEBEAM! Such delicate and fragile looking things HURT for some inexplicable reason. More bodily fluids, maybe it's some kind of magical spit. Yeaps. Oh, and being a good little Pokemon who ADORES his trainer and ALWAYS obeys orders when possible, Armored Ant is hit in the chest. Poor thing. He turns and attempts to run in the direction the bubbles came from but of course, the sneaky Suiryudan has already snuck away, leaving AA to flail around wildly in a desperate attempt to hit his opponent.

    DON'T BULLY VISUALLY IMPAIRED POKEMON! IT'S MEAN!
    (but right now AA is already recovering some of his vision, but the place ain't exactly very bright, so it isn't helping)

    (H:-8, E:-4; E:-5)

    Post-Round Stats

    Blademaster

    ♂ || Armored Ant
    HP: 53%
    Energy: 70%
    Status: Partially blinded! OH NO!

    Silencer

    || Suiryudan
    HP: 91%
    Energy: 84%
    Status: Amazed that he is STILL breathing. Must be some magic skill.

    Ref's Notes:

    1. I've eliminated the "chances of getting obliterated" thing because I feel that it'll end the battle much too fast. I'm thinking of a health penalty instead. What do you think Blade, since this is your arena?
    2. Silencer, I also suspected you of making up Octazooka because it has such a funky name XDXD Oh, and I'm not condemning Pokemon named after Naruto, or any anime or any TV shows' characters by the way. I just like to comment on it ^^U
    3. Excuse the reffing. *points at her nickname* Does that explain anything? u.u no, but seriously, if you hate it ( ;.; ), I'll reword it. Really =')

    Aw, just noticed Blade/CuleX is gone... I was hoping for a quick next round -_-

    Alright, now that we blinded him, and last hope that lasts, use a Twister to completely make him silly. Then we'll strike with a Bubblebeam and finish with a Brine.

    If it uses Double Team, then counter with a widespread Blizzard unless it's the first action. The Twister should take care of that

    Edit: and not be aware of the almighty Octazooka... Unbelievable :p

    I was going to post attacks, but something in Hia's reffing just caught my eye...

    "Far-set eyes..."

    OK, let's look at this from a scientific viewpoint. Seadra is about 4 feet tall, which means that its snout is probably only about as long as my forearm. Ergo, its 'nozzle' is, at most, the size of my fist.

    Armaldo, on the other hand, is about 5 feet tall, and its head is at least 1/3 as wide as it is tall. That means its eyes must be somewhere between 15 and 20 inches apart.

    So... how does a projectile about the size of a baseball manage to strike an area that broad sufficiently enough to induce blindness? Even if it just splattered outward from the middle of AA's forehead, I doubt it'd do so in a great enough quality to do much more than irritate his eyes a bit. But total blindness? That just doesn't look plausible to me.

    Well, it doesn't mention that Suiryudan blasted it in the form of a ball. It could be a stream like water gun... Reallife octopusses (or squids?) don't release ink in ball form either.
