Silencer vs Dragonis (ref: DL to the rescue)

Alright, I'm making an open challenge to fill one of my two remaining open slots

Banned attacks: none, unless you want to add some
Arena: an empty hangar, where they used to store planes. Most of the building is very old and the support beams are pretty rusty, so I'd advice against ground shaking attacks.

Now for our pokémon selection, I had something special in mind.
We send 6 pokémon to the ref that we want to use. The ref can use a dice to determin which pokémon will be send out. If you have a pokémon evolved before it is send out, then notify the ref, just in case.

A coin toss will determin the person who attacks first.

1 question though. Will you guys need a PM back telling which Pokemon are to be used by you, or will it be purely unknown to you until its time to throw them out?

Well, when a pokemon gets knocked out, you randomly decide the pokemon. The battlers have no knowledge of which pokemon gets send out so you just tell us which one is send out.

===Round 1 ===

And we begin! With no time to joke around, Chidori handles a small bolt of Electricity like its a worm about to be hooked. Watching Jay intently, as Jay utilizes his blades in an intricate dance; there is a small opening, which he seizes! The bolt strikes one of Jay's blade, catching his attention immediately. Bouncing the bolt on is blade, Jay tries with no avail to smack the bolt away. Alas, he is stricken with paralysis.

[C: -3E J: -4E (Par ATK+2)]

Upset that occurred, Jay ran forward, and performed a handspring, blades both extending as he pointed them to the ground. A swift stab in the ground would have incurred an Earthquake, had Chidori not telegraphed the move, and used his own limited Psychic Powers to hold Jay's blades from entering the ground...barely. Jays blades began to push through the Psychic hold, but Chidori was able to shove him backwards, thwarting that E-quake

Thwarted again? Uncool. Jay gracefully lunged toward Chidori, and performed a lunging swipe with his right foreblade-unleashing a true surge of power. Chidori charged up a second helping of lightning, letting it loose as a Thunderbolt...that met the wave of the Psycho Cut head on..and was spliced in two! Chidori watched in amazement as his bolt split, and he was struck thereafter-quite harshly I might add.. Jay made sure to keep crouched as the Thunderbolt snaked its weakened form overhead, missing him.

Alright Chidori, that last attack really did a number on us so let's pay him back.

Giving him your Electric Chop (Thunder Punch + Cross Chop) and follow up with Thunderbolt.

===Round 2===

The round begins with Chidori amassing his hidden potential for a moment. Watching Jay intently, Chidori darts forward, one hand glowing with the innate power of the electric. Jay lies in wait, blades extended as if to parry the blow.

{Man I wish i could make a flash comic of this next scene...}

Chidori runs around, faking Jay out, as Jay slides forward, in order to edge Chidori on. Swinging back around, the hand struck forward, aiming for Jay in the chest. Jay raises his armblades to block, and vanishes for a moment. Chidori instantly turns around, swinging in what seemed to be empty space. Jay reappeared, and immediately spotted the fist coming for him. An upward backhand motion was his only motion, and Chidori's move would have to contend with a souped-up Psycho Cut crashing into it. An explosion resulted, leaving Jay to shield his eyes from the massive discharge-as well as deal with the fallout from such an impact.

As Jay stood there, watching the winds die down, Chidori's form could be seen, standing there. Breathing heavily, Chidori's hand was scalded a bit, but nothing more. Not what you wanna see after that kind of explosion. But Chidori thought little of it, as he raised his arm again, holding a threatening bolt of power.

Jay ran, ignoring the fact he was darting into extreme danger, and waited until the Thunderbolt was released. A running dive would leave Jay in dire proximity to Chidori-close enough to physically punch Chidori back-while still taking damage from the Thunderbolt that was released. Backing away, he felt a bit of relief-almost as if he lost nothing from doing that!

Alright Jay start off with Hypnosis. Then, if it worked, use Dream Eater. If it didn't, Teleport behind Chidori. End this round by hitting him with Close Combat. If you used Teleport, try to attack before he has a chance to react to you 'porting.

Counter that hypnosis by closing your eyes and sending out a Shock Wave. Charge up a Dynamic Punch, but wait until your foe teleports. Turn around, wait for him to reappear and unleash it. It should knock him back so stop him from coming close with a Thunderbolt.

===Round 3===

Both battlers stand their ground for an instant, before they both raise their hands in front of them. Chidori's energy manipulation was more physical, Jay's acting along more mental means. The Shock Wave struck first, slapping Jay around and to the ground, hissing ferociously. Smirking, Jay shook his head, and wiped his face, to shake off this slight drowsiness he felt.

Upset that he was countered, Jay blinked and smirked. Chidori, charged up his fist with an amber glow, and ran at Jay. When that crucial moment came when dodging was seemingly neccesary..Jay froze. The paralysis held his body in place, giving Chidori the impeccable opportunity of smashing Jay in his face, knocking him to the floor.

Staggering to his feet, Jay held his face. He was utterly confused as to why he couldn't teleport. Looking about-there were swirls of color everywhere. Armblades extended as ay closed his eyes, trying to focus.
Behind him now, Chidori began to channel the energy needed to sit Jay down once again. However, Jay's anger had reached a peak, and he whirled around in a blind rage. Once Jay realized a punch connected-he dove in that direction, landing on Chidori and began railing and stabbing away. Chidori lost all control of his Thunderbolt, as it flew out of his hands when Jay tackled him.

When a moment presented itself, Chidori kicked Jay off of him, and the Gallade staggered around, lazily swinging still. He was still confused-and his guard was down

===Round 4===

The timeless art of battling...I love it.

Currently, Chidori looks like he's had enough of Jay's lucky breaks, and decides its clobberin' time...on Jay's skull. Jay, still feeling the sting of confusion from the last round, was utterly helpless for the moment as Chidori came over and began beating him into the ground-utterly frustrated this opponent wont give in to his superior strength. An amber glow encompassed Jay though, and as the beating continued, Jay reached out with one good arm, blocking Chidori's strike. A foot to Chidori's gut and a Counter was executed, sending the 'buzz flying.

Landing headfirst on the ground, Chidori stood up, feeling his forehead. Blood. Enraged, a volley of Focused energy was flung at Jay, whom was still woozy and not facing the correct direction. In fact...he's facing me. Oh jeez x_x

*Sounds of torturous screams as Psychic Blast hits the ref, knocking him into boxes filled with squeaky hammers...what the heck is IN this hanger anyway?*

..x_x Ugh. Ok, Jay got clobbered by that Blast of energy, and he's on his knees now..

Panting, Jay finally stood up, and looked around. It seemed the confusion wore off. Jumping backwards, Jay knelt down and charged up his fist full of flame energy. In likely fashion, Chidori did the same, only his was arctic in nature.

The two Pokemon ran at each other, nether yielding to rhyme or reason, and collided fist to fist-each forcing their own energy into the standoff. Jay's punch would begin to work its way through Chidori's Ice Punch-the added power he had allowed him to knock Chidori back.

===Round 5===

Wasting no time in this highly electric round, Chidori summons all the power it could muster elementally (and that's a danged lot) and flings it at the adjacent Jay! Jay's attack, a Focused Blast of energy was there to greet the Thunderbolt, and a power struggle began. Each Pokemon fell to their knees while forcing their energies to crash into the other. A massive explosion was induced, throwing both combatants back...

[C: -8E/-10H J: -11E/-10H ]

However, both Pokemon didn't seem phased, as they jumped right back up, and ran at each other again. They were out for blood....And then came a frighteningly shocking turn of events. Jay made an extremely sharp turn, whipping his arm up as he did so. A Psychokinetic Wave of Energy was created, and flew straight for Chidori. The last milliseconds seemed like an eternity to Chidori, whom was charging up power for something...before the Psycho Cut shot through the area he once stood.

Jay turned around, psychic senses alerting him to a Teleport. but ten his body seized up! Almost completely immobile, Jay turned to see a winded Chidori reappear and try to stand on his own two feet. A glowing ball of energy was in his hand-and he flicked it at the immobilized Jay, whom seemed a bit more than relieved that blast wasn't nearly as powerful as it could have been.

if your Pokemon reaches 0 Energy- they will relax for two ..o jeez did i say rounds. I meant moves, like Relax~Relax~(Attack). Not whole rounds where they'd just get beat down, no no. You can recall them, but its a K.O on your side.

===Round 6===

Chidori looked on with wavering eyes at his opponent. Jay-though rigorouly tired, still held his blades up-ready to bear them down upon the Electabuzz. That was not to be, as the coozo light encased and removed Chidori from the match. In his place would come out spikes of purple, adorning a back of a smaller creature, one with a seemingly grumpier demeanor. Jiroubou the Nidorino.

Unafraid of the new challenger here, Jay knelt down as he gathered the energy needed. A swift wind passed his head, and his eyes opened to spot Jiroubou already upon him, that horn stabbing into his side. Jay cried out in pain, his retaliation being the aforementioned Psycho Cut, launching Jirou backwards.

[Ji: -7E/-16H J: -7E/-8H]

Dazed momentarily at the power that Jay gave off, Jirou backed up and regrouped. Jay began to kneel again, feeling his energy reserves dying low. So, he'd just have to go all out this time. Grasping upon fumes of energy inside him, Jay's eyes lit up in eager readiness.

Jirou, knowing something was going to come, raise don his hind legs and began to toss his forelimbs around. With his conjecture, the winds began to howl, freezing the air and throwing the product forcefully at Jay. Jay raised his arms, in order to send a cut through the incoming Blizzard, but locked up! With a mixture of range and fright, he fell backwards, the unyielding barrage of ice hampering him down closer to unconsciousness.

[Ji: -9E J: -10H Paraz]

When the chilling blast was over, Jay slowly found the strength to stand. He felt absolutely cold and miserable, but he wasn't going to give up. That energy he wanted to use was still there, and he used it, not waiting for Jirou to slam him with another attack. Jirou saw the cut slice through the air and swiftly shot out a summoning of lightning to try and strike the wave back. Jay's power though was not to be usurped, as the Thunderbolt crashed and shattered-the Psycho Cut reaching and blasting Jirou back.

Jay lettered backwards, utterly exhausted. His fall was encumbered in a red soft light, and with that, he was gone from the match.
