=)Intro(=
A crowd gathers at the ever popular Indigo stadium for yet another pokemon battle. The issuer of today challenge is none other than our illustrious leader Chris 2.0. He made the challenge to an old friend, Wolfsong, in hopes of a rematch. He releases from 2 pokeballs a silent humanoid and a feisty rodent. Wolfsong smiles and abides the double battle by releasing two quadruped, earth type creatures, one hard as steel the other the epitome of ground.
=)Battle(=
Montana and Ironhide both set up before their initial attacks, the steel type creating a swirling vortex of sand around his teammate and his enemies and the grass type shimmering with a protective shield. The storm clouds the vision of Chris’ pokemon but they charge at the Turtwig anyway. Abra’s frail body is bombarded with small stones and is slowed down but Tuuth pushes through to chomp down on Montana’s neck with glowing fangs.
Since all attention is on his partner, Ironhide closes his eyes and glows with a soft sheen. A layer of skin is polished his body giving him greater speed. Just as he feels the lightness take over it is quickly Snatched away by the tricksy Matrix, who is now shiny and polished for action. Tuuth still hangs onto Montana’s neck but she repels him away with a flurry of Razors Leaves from her head growth. Tutth quickly recovers and retaliates with a pearly white beam of frost that nails the Grass/Ground for heavy damage.
Matrix quickly rushes the Aron, sandstorm be damned, just as he lowers his head to attack Tuuth. Matrix delivers a direct punch to Ironhide’s skull, draining a bit of energy and cringing in pain. Punching a steel wall isn’t fun kids. The Aron is only slightly deterred and he charges again at the rat. Meanwhile Tuuth his rushing Montana as a ball of flames swirls to life around him. Montana waits patiently and channels the Hidden Power within her body. Six balls of energy emerge from her body and flicker a multitude of colors that rest on a soft blue hue, Water Type. She throws the attack which hits and slows the rat down just enough for Ironhide to sides swipe him with Ironhead. Tuuth is thrown from the concentrated area of the sandstorm with a dull throb in his side…

If you’re curious to why Ice punch didn’t work, Abra’s are frail creature who cant stand that well against a heavy storm of debris. Comments on my reffing would be appreciated as this a new set up for double battles. Is everything clear and easy to read? Do you like it? Thanx ^_^
