Errm... just realized that Gligar can't learn Ice Fang. Only Gliscor.

I guess its up to MLG, whether he lets you repost attacks. I "could" ref it as-is, but since nothing but Ice Fang was ordered, I'm not even sure how I'd go about doing that.

Also, I'm sure your Gligar has some mildly crazy nickname, but you didn't post it. So if you can give me that Horny, that'd be good.

Well, hi everyone. EXE had to take a MAJOR potty break, and I guess they moved the Port-o-potties..so he may not be back for a good minute. But I'll gladly be your new ref DL. Without any further delay, lets get this battle going.

Gligar, the second Pokemon on MH's team floats out, and immediately takes toward the tired Pidgeot. Though winded and weary, Mercury takes to the skies as well, in what seems to be an aerial battle for the duo. However, Gligar stops, unable to make his fangs frosty! A sitting duck at a moment like this couldn't be any more of a blessing for Mercury-despite her suicidal move. Her aim was to show just how Brave of an avian she was, by slamming herself full force into Gligar-after performing a most beautiful corkscrew dive. She pulls off of Gligar in time as he is sent smashing into the water.

Gligar, upset he's in water, sloshes around in anger, and takes off again, toward the avian. Jaws open again, but again,no ice. He dosen't care, he's going to bite the incoming-silverish-brown-bullet-heading-directly-for-his-mandible-oh-no-this-is-gonna-suck! Unlike last time though, Mercury passes out as she collides into Gligar, as they fall into the watery depth of this little..pond.

Gligar finally re-emerges from under the depths, obviously dazed and bruised all over his chest where that Avian slammed herself into him. Good way to go out Mercury.

To continue....where the fight once began (Round 2 for me.)

With Mercury safely removed from the field, a newcomer appears. Small yet fear-setting, that Pineco looks ready to rock. Unafraid (now that crazy bird is gone and that he can attack), Gligar swoops forward, claws both raised in eager anticipation. A swift swipe, and Pineco felt a dire strike across its carapace-before being in the grasp of Gligar's pincirs. Unmoving though, Pineco obtained an amber hue, even as the pain grew to incredible levels.

Gligar suddenly saw Pineco turn around, and laugh-almost Exorcist like. Creepy...and then the Countered force hit Gligar back...VERY hard. He flew backwards, crashing into the ground.

Freaked out, Gligar skitters away before gaining an gust to float on. As he turns to recuperate and attack. Ammit uses the distance between them to soak up his small victory, and sharpen his Defenses. Gligar, unable to explain what occurred, flew at Ammit extremely swiftly. A deadening sound was heard, as Pineco rolled backwards, hurt from the full speed Stone Edge given to him.

Shaking a bit, Gligar raised his arm, watching the glowing energy for a moment, before staring Pineco down. Soaring toward the resilient Ammit, Gligar delivered a hefty swipe across his face. Ammit spun like a dreidle--and continued to spin?

Due to his spinning, Gligar soon spotted the green halo encasing him, draining him, and lowering his resolve to fight. The damage done then returned to Ammit, whom slowed down, and bounced in place, pleased with himself.
Gligar was FUMING!

With Gligar weakened, Ammit took a moment to eye his situation. He began to form a small Gyro Ball atop his pointy little head. It grew to an immense size the second Gligar seared over to Ammit and tired for another Guillotine. Flying free of Ammit's will, the Gyro Ball smashed Gligar backwards, causing him to give up this first time.

What WAS this thing! Gligar took his second Guillotine chance to the skies, gliding up and then streaking back down! This would work for sure, right? He snickered, until the Pin Missile barrage came at him.He stayed true to his course though, flying through the barrage and connecting with Ammit, lifting the Pinecone up and squeezing the life out of Ammit!

[A: -4E/-12H G: -8E/-4H]

Dropping Ammit was out of the question, relaxing his Pincers for an instant, Gligar would switch focal points, before once again putting the squeeze on Ammit. A screech left Ammit, and Gligar threw Ammit. At least, he thought so. Ammit would land on the ground and recoil back up at Gligar, hitting him with a full on Body Slam-though it was much weaker due to Ammit not having time to actually focus it.

To continue....where the fight once began (Round 4 for me.)

This wasn't good. Gligar looked around, and saw a suitable spot for his sinister plot. Diving towards it, he gleefully smirked, and planted his body right down, and Roosted. Ammit though, seemed unphased, and quickly threw a slew of Spikes around the entire area, leaving Gligar with a bad premonition about his current set of orders...

[A: -3E (Spikes down) G: (+30H)/-15H]

Feeling refreshed, Gligar flew up for a moment, and then cried internally. Taking a deep breath, he flew down and sat himself down atop the softest looking Spikes, in an bad attempt to Roost. The Spikes hooked into his belly, holding him down to the ground, and making him very very unhappy, as an Earthquake suddenly tore through the arena, throwing him for a loop. So THAT's what those feel like! With all the disturbances, he couldn't heal-and felt really sad about this..

Ammit seemed a bit sad. The danged Gligar may not fall at this moment. Oh well >D! Rocks began to rain from the sky, causing Gligar to hastily land on a other slew of Spikes. Unable to fully Roost, he was clobbered by the Rock Slide.

To continue....where the fight once began (Round 5 for me.)

Tired, winded and his eye feeling puffy, Gligar mustered up the strength to glide the airwaves once more. Zipping left and right, he found an opening to exploit and shot forward, even as tonnes of Rocks slide down from some unknown point at him. Clipped a few times, Gligar used the change in momentum to further launch his first Aerial Swipe, making Ammit roll over.

Scratching Ammit felt like scraping steel! But Gligar looped in the air and dive bombed next, Ammit having the rocks fly up to meet Gligar in an arcing path-so they didn't fall on him. His claw was right on Ammit's ace, he knew it, and a large boulder smashed him in the face! Reeling off from the hit, Gligar needed a minute.

Well, that was a fun exercise! Ammit leaned back and was ready to chill..when Glar was was on him, pincers interlocked in such a way that Ammit still felt the crunch of the Guillotine. The pain was dulled but that still didn't mean it hurt.

This area, now littered with spikes and other hazards, will be the final resting place for someone in the next move. Gligar-determined to survive this round surged forward-pincers glowing purple with rage. Ammit spotted in incoming and tried to suck the life out of the incoming Gligardart. A defiant thud was heard as Ammit went sailing backwards from the strike.

The aura around Gligar didn't leave. Eyes drooped a bit, and he wavered in the air...but that meant Ammit was still alive!

Gligar gave Ammit no chance in hell to stand again. A second strike was executed, letting Ammit roll backwards even faster than before! Ammit, barely alive though, found the power to push himself forward and shake vehemently at Gligar, crashing into him with so much hidden force that Gligar fell into the spike laden field...defeated!
