Arena: Water Show
The battle takes place in a large circular town square. Floating above the battle are spheres of water held in place by Meditite and Medicham. If you attack and faint a Pokémon holding up a sphere, the sphere they are holding up will fall and any Pokémon in it will take damage from the fall. The other Pokémon holding up the sphere's will retaliate, dealing slight damage to the Pokémon that attacked, but will forgive accidental hits (i.e. being thrown into them by psychic)

ROUND ONE
The impending battle takes place in a very unusual setting -- a main square where several meditite and medicham gather around in a circular manner, holding up several large spheres of liquid in the air using on their minds. Not even a trickle of water hits the arena floor -- not yet, at least. Magi of All, the initiator for this challenge, releases the first pokémon -- a yellow sheep, oddly named Shark. Vague memories of "That Guy" from Futurama plague the referee's mind as the pokémon is drawn away from his poké ball. Meanwhile, Bulbasaur4 releases her first pokémon as well -- a blue-colored psychic baby, Ethrel. The trainers issue their commands, and the two pokémon ready themselves for battle!

The tiny sheep pokémon begins to allow the electricity in his body to charge up frequently, exponentially increasing his power of electricity (-3% - Shark); Ethrel charges his mind by solving math problems in his head, increasing his power of mentality (-3% - Ethrel). Ready to go, both pokémon initiate the battle "officially". Shark wastes no time, and the electricity flowing within his body overwhelms him for a moment before blasting out and crashing into the tinier ralts (-10% - Ethrel; -8% - Shark). Squealing in pain, Ethrel stumbles backwards before pulling himself together and attacking the electric pokémon hectically. A strong headache overwhelms Shark (-7% - Shark; -3% - Ethrel) as he, too, doubles back in pain.

Shark, quite irritated, breaks free of the mental anguish and darts around Ethrel manically. As he does so, his cotton spores release a soothing wave which slow both Ethrel's reaction time and his movements (-4% - Shark). Ethrel, however, pays it no mind as he closes his eyes and creates three illusions, each matching himself greatly (-6% - Ethrel).

OK Shark, First, use Odro Sleuth to find the real Ethrel, Then use Signal Beam to try and confuse him(her, it?). Then finish up with your own Double Team.

Great job Ethrel! Now, use Psychic to constrict his windpipe to make it a little bit harder for him to sniff you out in general. Then use Mimic to fire off your own Signal Beam to negate it! Then let's bother him a bit with Trick Room to slow him down.

ROUND TWO
"Which is the one you like to cuddle?" "Gutsy question -- you're a shark."

The battlers take the positions and ease into the second round. Shark begins to sniff at the floor, trying to catch a scent. However, as he does so, he begins choking up as Ethrel strategically squeezes his wind pipes together mockingly (-6% - Ethrel). The frustrating attack finishes, and the yellow sheep rounds around gasping for air frightfully.

Annoyed, Shark takes aim at two of the ralts and fires off a widespread assault. Ethrel takes note of the attack and jots it down in the notebook stored in his head. The bug-based attack flashes, making Ethrel feel very uncomfortable. The attack is weakened since it's widespread, but it still forces Ethrel to lose focus on his clones (-5% - Ethrel; -5% - Shark). Greatly unamused, Ethrel holds out his right hand and shoots off a similar wave of bug energy. The attack causes greater damage at the cost of a greater fatigue to Shark and Ethrel, respectively (-7% - Shark; -6% - Ethrel).

A bead of sweat rolls down Shark's face, but he remains poised as he uses his mastery of deception to create several clones. Four mareep now litter the playing field (-6% - Shark) as Ethrel focuses on the arena itself. The arena begins to quiver as he summons his spell. Shark feels a sharp tether wrapping around his feet before disappearing in an instant, while Ethrel's movements become much more swift and lucid (-9% - Ethrel).
