Did you know that there were some multiple accounts we all knew, did you know there was a guy chatting with himself for example in the videogames forum and some who have signed in again with a different user name later?
But did you know that there also was an account with two different persons using it when TPM had no sign-ups?

Aren't rotating IPs associated with programs that allow someone to hide or change their IP? Even so, wouldn't those kind of programs be frowned upon if someone banned from here was trying to fool everyone with a "changed" IP?
