Uhh... neither. "Smiley fics" are fics that are written using... well, smileys. Like, for instance. Sometimes those can't be posted because there's a limit on the number of images per post, so we give a little leeway when forum limitations create problems.
If a fic can't be posted here because of adult content... well, it probably shouldn't be posted through a link, either.
