Well, yes, but that's just a title. TPM is not in a situation where it would be a good idea to be adding or removing (or simply moving or changing) forums, I wouldn't edit the code without Chris's permission because that's sort of his jurisdiction, and as far as I know there are no other permissions that admins have and supermods don't that could be of any use to me.
