===Round 1===

Here we are folks....*opens umbrella as misty water falls upon the green plants in the area* DL again, walking through this very large and very expensive looking Greenhouse. Now, I'm not against reffing in anything, but seriously, rainwater makes me *yawn* drowsee...

Anyway.. we have a challenge. Vermillion has called out Dream Breaker. Verm, wearing his traditional gang colors of pink and yellow (wtf Skydancer gang?) has gathered a posse and two of teh posse are doing hand...stands...THIS IS NOT YOU-GOT-SERVED! POKEMON BATTLE HERE; NOT BREAKDANCERS!

*Breakdancers skedaddle, leaving Verm and his Pokemon*

Penelo peers around cautiously, while Sylar eats the brain of a nearby Kecleon to learn Camoflaug--err hovers nonchalantly.

Anyway. Dream releases a Vulpix and a Skorupi, the former of which dosen't seem to like the water all too much.

...

The battle begins. Sylar, being the cunning Abra he is, forces his mind to project a translucent shield about himself. As such, all sounds and attacks are muffled -ensuring his complete Protection.

As the shield is invisible for the moment, Severus begins to shout out insults about how Sylar should have been killed by Hiro at the end of Season 1..and about how Penelo just looks retarted Poke-version of the Walama. Penelo at this time, was whistling a sweet tune, that was being amplified by all of the plants in the arena, and it began to overpower the Taunting. Severus' eyes grew heavy..

but he was saved from total sleep by Clayr, who threw on her cheerleading uniform and began her routine from Bring It On 3, ending with a mean little Swagger that broke Penelo's concentration altogether and got her infuriated.

Yawning, Severus turned around lazily to watch as a streak of lightning struck his system. Freaked out by the jolt, he turned to flee, managing to jump behind some large ferns. Clayr , spotting the distress her partner was in, turned her attention to Clayr, whom was staring..at her? No, the small sauropod was confused! Taking a deep breathe, she focused all her energy over to Sylar, and let loose a Confuse Ray.

Sylar, unsuspecting of the attack, was struck dead on by the dazzling lights, and turned around wondering who spiked his chai tea. Penelo though, gave out a yell, and ..just stood there, before running into the thicket... yeah she was confused all right.

Severus though, was able to cut his way out of the ferns he was behind, finishing up his Swords Dance.

With both opponents confused, Clayr gave a deep sigh of relief, and initiated a mental lock with Severus. She could feel her muscles strengthen, her mind completely Psyching Up with his. She broke the link just in time, as Severus succumbed to his body's paralyzed state.

Penelo stormed out of the bushes, head-leaf waving wildly. A flurry of seeds struck Clayr, and wrapped about her body, starting a draining process that was sure to last for a bit. Penelo though..still looked confused..

Sylar was confused too, as he floats...really close to where I'm standing. But it seems he was able to carry out his master's orders, as a shimmering field of while slowly melded around his form. Dun think he's out of the woods yet, though.

The match continues!

Penelo acts fast, wafting along with the plants in the area. Her confusion....didn't hinder her this time-and she opened up her neck leaves momentarily.The smug-humid room begins to smell sweeter by the moment. All the pokemon seem a bit relieved at this breath of fresh Aroma that came in, its Therapuetic powers aiding all.

Especially Calyr, whom dove at the sickeningly sweet Penelo and lit her arse aflame with a close range Flamethrower. Penelo freaked out, screaming and running back in pain.

Free to attack once more, Sylar turned his sights on the roaster. His mind linked with hears, and he snatched a comprehension of the move Confuse Ray. Undaunted, he pushed the ray out of his system....

Unfortunately for Severus, the Aromatherapy gave him mobility once more. No matter, he dashed directly for Penelo, and rammed into her with a shacking Facade of force. However, his attack threw him in front of Clayr, and left him standing around dumbfounded. What the heck just hit him?!?!?

Sighing, Clayr noted that vines were still wrapped about her form. No worry. She turned her attention to Sylar, whom was already upon her! A punch directly to Clayr's face would send the Vulpix reeling. Snickering, the sadistic Abra would refill some of that precious bra--health back.

Clayr glared at the evil Abra, and began to glow an eerie shady of purple. All at once Sylar felt cold, and a tad less...powered? He looked around himself, but felt nothing different.

Meanwhile, not too far away, Penelo began to jump around in the bushes, as Severus walked in circles, unsure of what to hit at, if there was anything to hit, what a hit was?! As such Penelo got a break, and was able to Double Team effectively. leaving her with a set of 3 clones to work with.

Unsure what just occurred, Sylar snickered, thinking the attack was non effective. One finger pointed toward Claire, and all at once, Clayr felt her head being ripped apart. She cried out in pain, but soon, the pain stopped...

it was gone, that aching Psychic attack. Disoriented herself (crap-can't find the jpeg of Sylar killing Claire in the Five Years Later Episode...oh well xD.)-Clayr locked eyes with Sylar-and began a series of waves that transpired around him, lulling his senses. The effect was unbroken, as Severus was gearing to attack the clones of Penelo. Seeing an opening, Penelo was able to seize those small pincers of Severus's and use her Vines to throw him skyward, before Whipping him back down upon the ground, hard.

Severus growled in pain, before Night Slashing a clone..only watching it disappear.

As Sylar sleeps... Clayr takes some time to look at her now tangly coat. A few spits of fire takes care of that, and her red fur is brimming like new! A cheerful Vul escapes her, before dashing over to Severus...

Whom is looking like a baby at a topless bar. There's green...everywhere! Furiously, he shoots Poison Stings all around, the clones and Penelo getting struck by the barrage. Unfortunately, Clayr was struck as well. Lucky for her, the poison didn't take.

Penelo fared the same, but gave them both something to disagree upon. A torrent of light burst free from Penelo, forcing Severus and Clayr to look away in disgust.

Sylar still sleeps soundly. Penelo looks over at him as her Flash wanes, unsure of what the heck he's contributing! No matter, she'll take all the credit! But Severus had different plans. The Falsh cured his disorientation, by making him focus on his eyes. Remembering his next course of action clearly, Penelo was lunged upon. Instead of resisting, Penelo just turned her head and tried to remain loose and relaxed, even as that creepy Disabling feeling crawled over her from Clayr. A scream ripped away from her lungs though, as Severus thrust his pincers in Cross fashion upon her neck, Poison bleeding into her system. Poison, ick.

Even weirder was the twinkling forming around Sylar, as if a veil had been lifted...


Clayr: -6E Severus: -8E ==///== Sylar: +6E (Imprisoned) Penelo: -17H (Psn: 3%/R)

Penelo coughed up some of the purple gunk, feeling it soak into her chloroformic skin. Enraged by the double team, she forcefully blasted Severus off her with a multitude of seeds that stuck on his body. Severus didn't seem the least bit concerned though, as he forced himself through the grassy barrage, and jabbed her right in the face! Penelo hissed, but even more poison got in her system. She didn't know how much more of this she could take...

And she lucked out for once. As Clayr began to break apart into a multitude of Vulpixes, in order to disorient the grass lander, a barrage of fiery, thunderian (No, no Lion-O here ) and icy energies slammed into the real Clayr! She flew backwards from the Tri-Attack, and turned to the only person who could have done it.

But Sylar was still sleeping...like a baby...WEEEEIRD.

===Round 4===

Penelo begins to back away from the advancing Clayr. The firefox seems to be building up a ton of energy, and there's nothing Penelo can do about it! Looking to Sylar, she grunts in disapproval, her partner REALLY isin't doing much to save her hide here!

Severus takes a moment to Cut hisself free of the vines upon him. With no more leechery being committed, he turnes toward Penelo, sneering evilly.

Shaking as bext she could Penelo releases a enigmatic sent in the greenhouse, the causes the plants to writhe around abit-absorbing it slightly. Clayr and Severus take a deep whiff of it as well, enjoying its sweet scent. Sylar enjoyed it as well, licking his lips as he suddenly threw a wave of energy at Severus! Severus screeched in agony-what WAS THAT?

Clary though, didn't break her focus, and the air suddenly turned to a sea if fire for Penelo. Her Scent (and the plants around it) were suddenly engulfed in a Fiery Blast, Penelo falling to the ground in pain and shock.

Seeing Severus on the ground concerned Clayr and she shot a glance over to Sylar, who was suddenly up on its gangly feet and running toward Clayr with a open palm! Penelo managed to stand up again, only to watch as Sylar lunged for Clayr-with his eyes still closed-and just frigging tossed her like a rag DOLL! Clayr flew backwards, landing on some harder plant pots a few feet away.

Seeing her change to try and get an upper hand, Penelo quickly called upon spells of the earth, ancient words and prehistoric connotations of Power that would soon befall upon Clayr, causing her even more strife.

Severus looked over to the still sleeping Abra, and then to Penelo. He tried to reach out and punch the planimal, but curled over, paralyzed! This wasn't HAPPENING! As such, Clayr tried to follow up and Hypnotically bind Penelo. It was ineffective though, she waves completely missed.

Penelo semmed to glow for a moment, and shook off the feeling of impending doom, for now..

With all the action going on, Penelo was gracious to have a second wind! Clayr wasn't however, and howled her disapproval, before turning to the one who started all this.

SYLAR!

But when she looked toward Sylar, she walked into a different realm of evil. Sylar's eyes fluttered open, and within them grew a flame of pure Psychic hatred, that was flung forward. Clayr cowered for a moment, but the blast was not aimed for her.

Instead, it was Severus whom was thrown away this time-writhing in heated agony as his poisonous body heavily disliked that attack. Feeling no ill effects to her, Clary retaliated for Severus with a Darkened Pulse of Energy that Sylar allowed to hit! He flew backwards...and Penelo flew forward, dashing past her toward Severus.

Severus was barely getting up, when the brush began to move about him. He wriggled to try and save himself but the Grass began to knot around his body, holding him down, crushing the wind out of his lungs. In retaliation, he let out a Flash of Light, that shocked Penelo and subsequently ended that attack.

Huh...With but a single click, the whole place just became one giant wet rainforest. Thank you sprinklers..

With Sylar's revival, it seemed like all of Pokemonkind was not safe! Clayr readied herself however, gearing to give it her all to defend the greenhouse from his rampages. Huge volumes of fiery energy built up inside her, water drops sizzling into vapor before even touching her. She looked around, spotting that there may not be a safe place to be when she explodes! A hearty "Vul" was heard, before Sylar changed the fate of the fighters! Grabbing the vulpine, he teleported into the sky, taking her far away from here. A moment later, Fire could be seen spewing high into the sky, spinning to their inevitable decline.

The greenhouse was spared..but at what cost? Penelo looked for her partner, but he was nowhere to be seen. Severus did the same, but when no sign of the webbrowser appeared, he turned his attention to the grass binding his body! Writhing to try and free himself, he released a blast of energy to strike Peleno back.

The future looked bleak for the two fighters left inside..as the water poured down..

Clayr was quite upset, and disoriented. Where was she? Why could she breathe fire? Who was this Pokemon looking at her..and suddenly disappeared? Had 4 months passed? Will DL ever stop the Heroes references, or does Verm have to kill him like his show's counterpart?

Anyway, Clayr spotted the greenhouse-and began to hoof it back.

(It'll take her 1 action to get back to the house.)

Meanwhile, Severus managed to free himself of the vines, and was ready to make Penelo into fertilizer, when the appearance of Sylar in front of him made him tense up! No..it was moreso the paralysis! Dang it!

Excited her partner did not fall victim to the fiery blaze, Penelo began to Drain the life out of Severus, taking a Giga amount of energy to perform said move.


Clayr: Gonna kill Sylar!! Severus: -4H *Bzzzzt* ==///== Sylar: -5E Penelo: -8E/+2H

Severus shook off the tensing of his muscles, only to see Clayr dash back into the greenhouse, obviously pissed off. But Clayr was tired, that run took alot out of her. She lied down and took a Rest, head falling in a puddle. Seeing Clayr just collapse, Sylar allowed it, dashing at Severus first to Punch him and steal some energy for himself. Severus directed his focus toward Sylar, throwing some Payback his way in the form of a well aimed stinger slap.

Penelo though, continued her Giga Barrage, Severus not tolerating this at all!

The rain suddenly clicked off. Nice timer.

As I dry out, the commands are issued, and a confused look seemed to take over Clayr. No worries, i got confused by it as well..

Each team looks pretty run down, but you couldn't tell it by Penelo's next action, calling upon all the speed in her body to give her a bit of multiple personality disorder.. In sort, 4 Penelo's now littered the area.

Sylar meanwhile, raised on finger, and began buzzing through Clayr's dreams of being a golden Ninetales. All those happy thought, num num.

Severus growled, upset by the increase in opponents, and went into a fury, shooting Poison Stings everywhere...

(omg..XD!)

Penelo stood back, looking as the stingers flew into the plants, some actually secreting that dastardly poison into them. But..not a single one hit her or her group! O nope, wait, One clone fell. Three Penelo's left. Severus wasn't happy with this at all.

Meanwhile, Clayr seemed ready to dish out some abuse. Of the quick kind, as she swiftly attacked Sylar. He reeled back, but remained unphazed.

Clayr still remained entranced.

With all this going on, Severus looked to be on the brink of losing it! Now he was on the watch, looking as each Penelo began dancing around him, and then they all bum rushed him! He was sure he felt one hit, but as he rolled into a greener pasture, he wasn't sure whom. Dark energy blasted forward, catching a Penelo in his sights.

The blast dissipated, and there stood two! DANG IT!

Sylar meanwhile, watched as Clayr still seemed far too healthy. A second stab at those dreams and Clayr fell to her side...still asleep! She just lied there, incapacitated that she didn't win her Lil Miss Pretty Princess award!

Seeing that Clayr was seemingly being tortured, Severus changed his attack plan. Leaving the lucky Penelo to die a slow death, he dashed by her and her clone, growling as he lunged for Sylar. He covered the distance in record time and had his pincers ready to slice Sylar apart..

when he was suddenly clocked by two leaves, that sent him flying backwards. Lying upon some shorter shrubs, he rolled over, to see Penelo and her double jumping in glee. Damn PLANT! Sylar nodded noting his attack was ready to rip!

As Clayr slept soundly, Severus resumed his battle plan-all the meanwhile Sylar idly charging up his fist. A snag was encountered however, as Severus' pincers began heading for his body! Sylar let loose his attack anyway, and Severus collided with it dead on, hoping his Night Slash would be able to offset it.

The powers collided, and forced both back from the recoil. Severus lied atop Clayr now, dizzied and worse off than before. Clayr still slept soundly.

Sylar stood up, spotting Penelo and sneered evilly. He still was ready to rumble.

===Round 7===

This round may bring about a drastic change in the tiers of this battle.

Penelo, weary from her continued fight against this poison, decided that enough was enough, and fell into her own seductions of slumber. Her brain no longer registered the field as a treacherous battleground, but rater her own personal sauna where she could sleep.

Notably, the humidity did rise as she began to Rest. However-Severus would not let her be. Dashing over to her, the nimble scorpion made ready to strike Penelo out with a Facade.

However, out of nowhere, Sylar appeared, and took the full force of the attack! Both combatants were stunned, Severus that Sylar took the hit and Sylar that his Protect didn't seem to work! Maybe he just messed it up! Raising his arms again, he tried to "protect" Penelo, as Clayr let loose a enigmatic blast of energy that threw Sylar backwards.

In his own awkward way, Sylar did Protect Clayr. Sucks being Imprisioned though.

*Clayr used Extrasensory*

Shaking off the hit for the moment, Sylar stood up. For now, it seemed Penelo would be ok. His attention turned toward Severus. Fingers waggled, and in an instant, there were 5 Sylars.

Severus did not like this at all. A quick turn to Clayr, and she would finally awaken from her dreams! Both of DB's pokemon would look at the multitude of Sylars on the field, and groan. That wasn't fun. Clayr then spotted the still form of Penelo.

Nope, wait, she was breathing still. Crap was she Resting! Can't have that! But before Clayr could begin a second dosage of Extrasensory, Penelo made sure to give Clayr a nice heaping slap of Mud in her eyes. Anguish overcoming Clayr, she raced to remove the grit- firing her Extrasensory off at a bit of an angle. It hit Penelo, but not at full force.

At Sylar's end, there now stood 4 of him, as Severus seething his disapproval in missing with his Shadow Ball.

Sylar and co all attained a harmful gleam in their eyes. Severus didn't like the looks of this , and made haste to try and cut one of them down, but the waves of energy he soared through were too many and too fast. Some were false, but one set truly ripped him apart. He landed on his stomach, unable to continue the fight.

As he fell Clayr looked on with a bit of worry. There were still 4 Sylars...and Clayr seemed to be getting better. Well, maybe she'll luck out! Focusing all then energy she had left in her...she would be once again thrown sideways!

Her body flashing with energy she turned to see Penelo now behind her-comatose. What kind of flying Headbutt was that?!??

Turning back to Sylar, her body could not take in any more energy. A mighty blast of Fire came roaring free. Sylar closed his eyes and crossed his arms over his face, as all of his clones and him were struck. The blast threw Sylar down, and ignited the plants on fire!

As the smoke began to build, Clayr stepped through a set of flames, with a malicious glare. Sylar staggered to his feet, burned a bit on his hands. Penelo still slept soundly, although the world about her was on fire.

With Severus out of the round, Clayr seems a bit overwhelmed. She takes a step or two back, ensuring the flames keep her opponents at bay, and relaxes.

Sylar though, does the game. It wouldn't be sporting to simply dismantle his prey so easily, would it?

However, Penelo was in a rough spot. She slept soundly, but the fire was creeping closer and closer to her. With no sign of the sprinklers coming on yet, this is a quite dangerous predicament.

Sylar turned over, noting that Penelo was groaning. Ironically enough, as she Snored, Clayr felt the need to cover her ears. It was making her head ring!

Sylar was able to ignore the Snore, but then noticed Penelo was glowing....

Red...oh no. Backing away, he knew it would not be long now...

With a start, Penelo snapped free of her slumber and jumped around in panic. Her body felt like it was burning..o no wait it was a dre--- Eyes canted all around to see nothing but flames, trees falling apart due to fire's unyielding spirit. Freaking out, she threw her vines in a frenzy trying to roll around and pat herself(and the green house) out. Clayr was caught in the mix of the hasty vining. and suffered a few vine burns.

She caught her bearings-to see Sylar did not escape that vining fury unscathed as well. Sylar held his face, as a few vines slapped him left and right. Ignoring his partners cries in pain as she now dealt with her burn-Sylar threw Clayr for a loop. Mental energies would blast the vulpine backwards.

Clayr grinned though, even as she landed on her backside. The place was burning down around Penelo, effectively distracting her, and Sylar would note a hefty drain from using his Psychic ability. She knew she still had a shot at this...

Glass begins to crack from the heat as Clayr sidesteps around flaming piles of manure. The smell was overwhelming, as the smoke didn't help either. Penelo was truly freaking out, and Sylar was clearly licking his lips at Clayr...sick sick killer.

With what little energy he had left, Sylar lunged for Clayr, whom was about to belt her little heart out in the area. The duo dissapeared...freaking Penelo out even more than if she was to hear the Roar!

Reappearing directly outside the place, Sylar fell to the ground exhausted. He couldn't transport them far at all. Drained, he tried to crawl away, as Clayr's Roar encumbered his senses.

Penelo curled in a ball, hoping Sylar would come back for her...


Clayr: -4E ==///== Sylar: -4E, Too tired to be freaked out Penelo: X_X! THEY LEFT ME! *Shiver*

Lying there, Sylar looked on, as purple lights flashed in front of his eyes, courtesy of Clayr. She cackled as best a Vulpix can, before walking back into the greenhouse. Or she would have, had she not run into the post first...


Penelo stayed curled, a lone green spot amongst a turbulent wash of red and black. Clayr caught sight of Penelo immediately, and made her way stealthily toward her.


Clayr: -3E ==///== Sylar: Confused Penelo: *Scared still.*

Hearing a light crackle behind her, Penelo raised her neck, to see the cause of this fiery hell. Anger surged in place of fear, and Penelo raged up, flinging Power unheard of since the Ancient times at Clayr. Clayr wasted no time in releasing a strong Flamethrower in order to counter said attack.

The rocks however, bashed through the stream of fire, and smashed into Clary hard. She flew back with a strong cry, and landed on her side, dazed. Penelo breathed heavily, and began to make her way for the exit, as the glass began to break.

Guys I think we've done it but to be safe Penelo cast Aromatherapy on Sylar to clear up his confusion and for what ever she might try to do charge Solarbeam at the ready.

Sylar take in the scent to clear your mind and stand at attention beside Penelo. Shadow Ball anything that moves, go all out.

As this match reached its fever pitch, with the fire threatening to take all three competitors with it, water finally rained down upon the greenhouse. One might think it was falling glass at first, but the fire knew better.

The sprinkler system blasted on with a fury matched only by the flames heat. As the water beated down, Sylar looked toward Clayr, whom was too tired to move. He could see her from outside, but the problem now was getting there. He was confused-and really not too keen on anything precisely.

At least, not until a scent came blowing out to him. It made the double images one-and he now felt much better. Walking over to Penelo, he gave her a high five/leaf(?)-and they stood in the makeshift rain, watching the fire die down.

Clayr: X_X ==///== Sylar: Clear! Penelo: -4E

Clayr quietly watched them. She watched as the rain dripped on her fur, creating the illusion of her crying. This is what she saw in her future, damn painter!

As she sat silently, Penelo began to glow. Sunlight began to readily absorb into her system, giving her unnatural prowess. Sylar just stood watch, gearing to help in any way he could.


Clayr: ....What's she doing? ==///== Sylar: Guard! Penelo: *Charging*

The last of the fire would ironically, be the last thing Clayr saw. Her natural nemesis finished its job moments before a blinding flash enveloped her. Unable to resist much of the titanic blast that seemed to rain from the sky, Clayr dropped to her side, extinguished under the last drops of water.

The sprinklers shut off, leaving a soaked Penelo and Sylar amidst the ruins of the greenhouse.
