Blaziken
Sky Uppercut = Brick Break
I say this because Blaziken is a fighting pokemon and is need of a fighting move. Besides Brick Break has better accuracy and hits through barrier and light screen
Gardevoir
Reflect = ???
I'm not a big reflect fan.. does this pokemon have low defense? If so, then keep it. If not.. try another move.
Manectric
Roar = Bite
Roar seems pointless to me.. I'm always for dealing as much damage as I can.
Sableye
Confuse Ray = Psychic
Again, this is me, trying to deal as much damage as I can.
Kyogre
Calm Mind = Body Slam
I don't know what the attack is on this thing, but it has to be decent.. seeing as most legendarys have decent stats all around.
Metagross
Agility = Aerial Ace
Light Screen = Psychic
These are my humble opinion moves. Metagross is a Psychic pokemon, he should know psychic! And unless this pokemon is super slow I don't think agility is needed. I think you're in need of a flying move.

I wasn't even gonna bother rating this since most of your team was pretty close to being standard, but xvkarbear told you some things that are gonna make the mistakes you made even worse.
Blaziken = You got it right for the most part, Flamethrower over Blaze Kick if you can do it. Sky Uppercut IS a fightinging move, xvkarbear...
Gardevoir = Your Gardevoir works fine, keep it
Manetric = Roar/Thunderbolt/Thunderwave are standard... just put Crunch over Return (Don't put an attack move on a Pokemon with such a high Special... and splitting your attack EVs would be a waste)
Sableye = Don't make him a purely attack Pokemon. Something like Recover/Toxic/Confuse Ray/Mean Look could work...
Kyogre = Perfect, don't change it
Metagross = It works.

Blaziken - ok...
Gardevoir - fine...
Manectric - Well bite is better but i understand why you'd want roar.
Sableye - ...no... you need to breed recover because Sableye just doesn't have the staying power. Get rid of mean look for recover (you really dont need to trap now toxic isn't nulified by switching), and add toxic over faint attack; toxic makes him an annoyer rather than an attacker (which is what you need).
Get rid of shadow ball for night shade. At level 100 v level 100 it's stronger than shadow ball on Sableye plus then you can get a personality that -Attk or -SpAttk and increases speed.
Kyogre - good (don't put body slam on him
).
Metagross - Look why are you bothering to put agility on him? Are you going to spend turns pumping up his already dire speed stat to average levels? No. What your going to do is using those turns to attack.
Move set is good get rid of agility for psychic OR shadow ball (shadow ball may be better on your team).

get rid of roar on Manetric, its too weak to psuedo haze.
Try attract, t-bolt, t-wave, bite/cruch (if you want to annoy them put bite on there) being attracted, and paralyzed will make people sad.
Gardevoir=standard
Blaziken=standard
Sableye= with that set its going to live for a matter of seconds. You might want to use recover, night shade, toxic, ???(don't know much about this guy, just be careful with it since its waaaaayyy fragile
Kyogre=try surf, icebeam, rest, safeguard. Your team is going to get into a lot of trouble if your opponent is good.
With heal belling dead, and toxic's damage not going to normal on switch safe guard is actually useful now. Also I don't see much of a need for calm mindon Kyogre, its alreayd ridiculous.
Metagross= drop agility(also put very little EV's into speed, if any) hmmm... meteor mash, light screen, psychic/shadow ball, earthquake seems ok
hmm....mostly boring standards on another borings noobs team blah blah,,,,,should work out, just be careful with sableye.(You might want to replace it since its probably more of a problem than anything else) Also remember that you're going to need rapid spin on this team. Spikes > all

At least I bothered to help.
Blaziken/Sky Uppercut - I still say use brick break. Both have same accuracy and power. Sky Uppercut just hits pokemon using FLY.. and you don't run into many pokemon that do.. you do run into a few more reflecting/lightscreening pokemon though.. which is why I say use brick break.
Oh, and it make it all known. I think you should built your team the way you see fit. I don't think you need anyone to rate your team.. it's your team, it's in your hands. I believe you can win with any moveset if your determined enough.
Nope, I'm not the best rater in the world, but I never claimed to be. I rate teams by how I built my own: one "normal" move on every pokemon, as many 100% accuracy moves as possible, and moves that hit hard and fast. (also,
using a starmie doesn't hurt either)
Anyways
good luck with your team!

No they don't. Sky Upper has 85 power, less than 100% accuracy while Brick Break has 75 power, 100% accuracy.
