Alright Rui, start off with a Will-o-Wisp. Then nail Ourion with a Sludge Bomb fallowed by a Shadow Ball.

Hmm, a ghastly, well, at this shoul dbe a good one...

First, use a Thunderwave to teach him a lesson

Then use a Flamethrower as he is about to do the Sludge Bomb, maybe the fire will burn up some of the nasty gunk

Finally... hmm... Use a Dragon Breathe.

“CEB here reffing another one of the great ASB battles, a very strange choice for this arena being Brocks gym”
“Both battlers are in their respective battle squares just before the match begins”
“As both battlers release their pokemon we can see that one is a long slender pokemon with no arms and tiny little wings on the sides of its head”
“While the other one is a sort of…floating in the uh…air with a really bad farting problem”

Rui the Gastly starts of the match by starting to float some ghostly red and purple spirit fires that circle its body, before they started to float past the rocky terrain going straight towards Ourion the Dratini. But apparently Ourion has plans of his own he concentrates and shoots out a small cackle of lightning from between the tiny wings on its forehead. The dastardly bolt of energy surfs the air as it hits Rui right between the eyes, while on the other hand the spirit fires land on Ourion causing a serious burn.

Cringing under the pain of her stiff well uh body Rui spits up a giant globule of toxic junk and hocks it straight towards Ourion who is still under a lot of pain under its recent burn. In a desperate attempt to direct the icky yucky splicky splucky its breathes a line of flame from its mouth trying to burn up the purple projectile. But avast to no avail the sludge still heads on its current course hitting Ourion right in the middle of the face slightly clouding his eyes. The flame how ever still continues to burn through the air heading towards the paralytic Rui causing singes all over its circular body.

After being hit by the bright yellow flames of doom Rui starts to retaliate back by firing a black dark ball of shadow that it had formed form its thoughts. The ball moved through the rocky field in an attempt to connect with its enemy Ourion. Seeing a destructive force of the evil nature swarming its way towards him he breathes down deeply and tries to throw up an orange gout of flame from its belly or where ever the fire stuff comes from. The fire weaves its way towards its target before both blows connect straight into the weakened and seriously hurt pokemon.

Just a small note, i'm pretty sure you mixed up the burn and the paralysis, Ghastly is suspposed to be paralyzed and Dratini is supposed to be burned.

Alright Ourion, you're off to a good start. Let's start of with a Ice Beam. THen, i want you to use Shock Wave. Finally, go ahead with a Dragon Pulse. Keep it up!

OK Rui, hit Ourion from behind with a Sucker Punch. Then nail him with an Ice Punch. After that counter his Pulse with a Dark Pulse.

Trying to pick itself somehow off the ground Rui the Gastly made its way across the rocky field on its way to deliver a nasty little gift to its opponents. Its paralysis taking a heavy toll on its movements yet some how it delivered a punch to Ourion with no fists. Reeling back from a very weak punch Ourion managed to gain back its momentum he blasted out a beam of ice towards Rui. Due to paralysis Rui took the full force of the blow, causing a slight frost to form on the top of his body.

With a crisp lining of frost on the top of its head, or what ever the hell Gastly has up there. It once again moves across the field to confront its enemy once again after been thrown cross the field from the last blow. A small collection of icicle matter forms in front of the ghostly figure before the ghost met his opponent face to face with an icy fist. The small dragon worm retaliated by firing a small jolt of electricity at the ball of shadow causing its paralysis to cramp up its muscles rendering it useless for a while.

Ourion picking itself up off the ground it opened its mouth and lets out a very loud scream as it let out several bright orange rings from its mouth and sent them across the battle field smashing rocks that get in its way. While Rui on the other side of the field also let out a scream followed by several dark rings fly across the field. Both rings connected in the middle of the field destroying rocks causing debris to fly through the air and hit both combatants.

To start of the third round of this one on one match Rui the Gastly starts spewing out an evil icy blue haze covering the field with a sickly thick mist. Ourion on the other hand opens it mouth once again and lets out a loud scream resounding through the gym leaders field bouncing of rocks making its way towards its target in an attempt to confuse its opponent. But to no avail seeing that Rui doesn’t seem affected.

Making its way through the mist Rui starts to prepare for its next attack by coating itself in a sort of multicoloured film giving it a nice sheen. Ourion trying to find his opponent through the thick ghostly mist, when suddenly out of now where Rui appears ready to strike with the force of her and the paralysis like a ton of bricks. But in response Ourion’s tail starts to glow a shiny silver and swings it down right into Rui but recoiling back from the force of Rui’s façade.

Bouncing back from the Iron Tail hit Rui starts to form the familiar ice particles in front of its face causing the have to go a crisp cold temperature. Ourion is still trying to find its opponent through the mist, but after capturing a glimpse of the ghost misty body it fire a breath of flame from its mouth straight towards the possible mirage. But thanks to a stroke of luck the flame parts the mist enough so Ourion can get a clear shot. Hitting Rui directly the flame pushed the ghost back a few feet into one of the rocks knocking his attack off course.

To start of this round the tiny little winged dragon opens its mouth and spews out a cold stream of ice that makes its way across the field towards the icicle ghost pokemon. Though why this beam of ice shoots recklessly across the field, Rui still hanging in from her icy burns and paralysis tries to monitor the basics of the attack. Too engrossed from studying the attack Rui takes a full blow from the attack causing a large patch of ice to form across the back of its body. Though the ice from previous attacks already melting causing little drips of water to fall down its round body. With the attack mimicked Rui floats around quite satisfied with her self.

With its new attack in hand Rui decides to try it out. Just like with the Ice Punches before it, Rui starts to concentrate and forms small ice particles in front of its face but instead of moving towards the opponent Rui floats in the one spots and shoots the chilling beam of ice towards Ourion. In a counter attack Ourion spins around rapidly causing a slight wind to pick up around him, then eventually a whole gust like tornado of wind formed around Ourion then was released towards the ghost. But as the whirlwind made its way across the field towards the ghost, the icy beam shot through the centre of it and hit Ourion right between the eyes. While the tornado caught up with Rui and flung the spectre across the field.

In a fit of blind rage Ourion’s body becomes encased in a swift aura of bright hot orange flames and it starts to rush towards the deathly ghost. Seeing its opponent in such a tantrum and moving at such a speed towards it, Rui lets out another beam of ice towards the spazzing dragon. Getting another direct hit on the dragon, but as the beam hits the dragon it seems unshaken and undeterred as it smacks Rui square in the body.

Rui the ghost tries to lock its big round eyes on the target moving around the field. Seeing the tiny dragon wriggling around the field, Rui sets its eyes on him it shoots out tiny circles that floated directly towards Ourion. The rings eerily floated across the gym floor and scored a direct hit on Ourion causing him to fall asleep. With Ourion just lying there motionless he is unable to use his attack.

With Ourion well asleep Rui moves towards his brain dead prey and directs itself over the wormlike dragons head. Opening its mouth a light purple smoke rises up from the dragons head like a morning fog. The mist flowing right into the ghost pokemons mouth. With the mist being sucked into Rui’s mouth it seems as if Rui is enjoying the dragons pain.

With the ghost pokemon still looming above the dragons head once again a purple smoke like substance formed above the tiny dragons head. But this time instead of going into the ghosts mouth it descends right into the dragons head. With all the mist absorbed into the dragon it begins to writhe around in its sleep as if it was having a terrible and utterly evil nightmare.

With the tiny dragon still asleep it tires to wriggle around on the ground as if it is trying to use an attack. Suddenly a giant spout of water spurts from its open mouth and flew across the field and hits the ghost pokemon on the other side of the gym. Shaking off the water Rui moved over to the sleeping worm and licked it effectively ending the battle.
